The house offers generous volumes and a seamless flow between living spaces. The light-filled living room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen, designed for convivial moments.



The three bedrooms comfortably accommodate families and groups, with two double bedrooms and a third bedroom featuring a sofa bed and a bunk bed, suitable for both children and adults. The property also includes one bathroom and two separate toilets.



Outside, the covered terrace naturally extends the living space and invites you to enjoy outdoor dining. The garden, landscaped and open to its surroundings, creates a calm atmosphere with unobstructed views stretching toward the sea.

Guests have full access to the entire property, including the villa and the garden.

Street parking is available nearby and inside the property.

Check-in is fully self check-in for your convenience.
