Newly renovated in April 2025, our 440 sq. ft. condo, just a 3-minute walk to the beach and steps from Jenkinson’s Boardwalk, the aquarium, restaurants, and family attractions.

Living Area: Open-concept with a Smart TV, high-speed WiFi, and all-new furniture.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with a convection microwave/oven, stovetop (no oven), island dining for four, and Keurig coffee maker (starter K-Cups provided).

Bedrooms: Two cozy bedrooms, each with a queen bed and closet (sleeps 4 comfortably). Bed linens provided.

Bathroom: Stand-up shower, toilet, and sink. We provide 4 bath towel sets, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

Outdoor Space: Private seating area with a table, chairs, and a relaxing bench, plus access to the condo community yard.
