Prime Location, Steps to Beach 2 BR 1 BA w/Parking

Our 440 sq. ft. condo is newly renovated with a new kitchen, bathroom, shower, smart TV, high-speed WiFi, and new furniture.

Literally steps from the beach, Jenkinson’s Boardwalk, aquarium, restaurants, and family attractions.

We own five (5) other condos in the building if you need more space for family or friends.

Includes one (1) parking spot; an extra spot may be rented for $50/night if available.

Two adult beach badges are provided; additional passes can be purchased at the beach.

440 sq feet, two (2) bedroom, one (1) full bath

Prime location, 3 minute walk to the beach!

Living Room: open concept living room with Smart tv and hi-speed wifi and all new furniture.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with Convection Microwave/Oven and Stove Top (no oven), with Island/dining table for four (4) people, Kuerig coffee maker provided (some KCups provided).

Bedrooms: Two small bedrooms, one queen bed in each bedroom (with closets), sleeps 4 comfortably. We provide bed linens.

Bathroom: standup shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is small, but it is brand new. We provide 4 sets of bath towels, and we provide sufficient body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

Enjoy your own outdoor space with a table, chairs and relaxing bench to unwind after a long day at the beach including a condo community yard.

Includes one (1) parking spot; an extra spot may be rented for $50/night if available.

Two adult beach badges are provided; additional passes can be purchased at the beach.

You have the entire place to yourself!

NO PARTIES ALLOWED

Quiet Hours after 10 pm are strictly enforced.

We respond very quickly in the Airbnb app and we have an on-call supervisor if anything is needed.

Centrally Located and 3 minute walk to beach!

You will have your own parking spot directly in front of the condo.

We have a professional cleaning service to clean and disinfect the apartment before each stay.

Early Check-in and/or Late Check-out requests are not guaranteed. We will accomodate as much as we can depending on other guests checking in/out.

We provide 4 sets of bath towels, and we provide sufficient body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

Amazing beach getaway

This beach condo surpassed our expectations. From booking to checkout, communication by Karl was super quick and friendly. Check in was a breeze. The space was very clean and comfortable throughout, with a lovely kitchen and nice, new shower. The location couldn't get any better in regards to getting to the beach and boardwalk. Our toddler even enjoyed playing with his tee-ball set in the enclosed community yard space. Though a small unit, the set up felt just right and very efficient. The included beach badges were like the icing on the cake. Karl and Alyssa are wonderful hosts. They went above and beyond to help us have a great stay. Would recommend and would stay again.

Clean, well located property

Although small, there was plenty of room for us to relax and have light meals. We found the property very clean and modern.

This place was perfect. Very clean, close to beach (short walk), make meals in or walk to local restaurants. Owners checked to be sure everything was good and they have great information available for reference on the area and instructions for the place. Highly recommend.

Great place in Pt Pleasant!

Clean, updated property with everything we needed. So close to the beach! Easy walk right to the boardwalk. And a parking spot is nice. Property owners are great too.

Great location

Great location, close to the action of the boardwalk and relaxing at the beach. Owners were great to communicate with, very clean, and check in/out was super easy.

What a hidden gem

Spent a long weekend there with my wife and 2 year old daughter. What an absolutely great time we had. The location was perfect. Spent most of our days at the boardwalk and beach which was literally a 5 minute walk. At night we would walk over to Saltys Ice Cream shop which was a 3 minute walk. The host was great. Any questions i had were answered right away. We will be returning in the near future!

Beach getaway

Great property that’s fully updated! It is on the smaller side but very well laid out with great use of space. We stayed as a family (3 adults and one toddler) and had enough room! It is a 2 minute walk from the beach and boardwalk which can’t be beat! Karl was very easy to communicate with and a great host. We would definitely stay here again!
