In a highly coveted location near everything, with plenty of parking and class, this gem of a home is close to whatever brings you to Daytona Beach.

- 1.3 miles to beach access and drive on beach.
- 500 feet from intracoastal water walkway.
- Three public boat launches within half a mile.
- 4.4 miles to Daytona Speedway.
- Walking distance to many restaurants, bars and a brewery.

This charming home is a two bedroom, two living room one bath residential house located at the west end of the famous Seabreeze Bridge. There is a large lot that is completely fenced in with wide double gates to bring your car(s), boat, motorcycles, etc, through and park under a double carport.

The house has been updated in 2021 and 2022 with new AC, a new HVAC handler, and a tankless water heater. The original hardwood floors were refurbished in 2022.

We've decorated the house with many original Florida mid-century modern art and furniture pieces to try and pay homage to the house's age and design.

The master bedroom has two closets (his and hers), a 55" TV and a new queen bed. The guest room has one closet, a new queen bed, and a 50" TV.

There is both a formal living room and a family fun room. Both have 65" TVs!

The kitchen has an attached dining area that seats four.

Outside, there is a picnic table and a classic picnic/park charcoal grill all lit at night by beautiful string lights.

Hi Speed WiFi from Spectrum allows you to watch all your streaming shows. Super fast internet, and we get 5G here.

I loved our stay! Everything was communicated very well and host was quick to respond to any message we had. The beach that has super easy parking and a shower is 7 minutes from the house. The tv’s in each room was really great and made the home seem bigger. The living spaces are a good size. My favorite was how well stocked the home was. From bathroom toiletries to dish/laundry detergent. It was so helpful! The yard is also big which I loved to just sit out in the picnic bench for a bit for some sunshine. If we are back in Daytona this will be my #1 choice.

It was perfect place for us to stay while enjoying Daytona Bike Week. It was centrally located very easy to get around. It’s located in a nice very quiet neighborhood. The fenced in yard and carport were a bonus to park the bikes under. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

This is an older house that has been well-updated to suit the needs of a VRBO stay. The hosts have gone out of their way to make it welcoming and usable for their guests: coffee fixings, plenty of towels and toilet paper, shampoo and body wash. It’s an easy drive to both Embry-Riddle and the beach and very close to Beach St., so lots of restaurants and such nearby.Communication with the owners was great. Zero complaints, would definitely stay here again.

Daytona stay

Quiet neighborhood, and friendly neighbors. The distance between beaches, restaurants and shopping was very convenient.Love the home, very nostalgic in my opinion. Do not have anything negative to say about this property. It was perfect for our stay as it was a working vacay for me.

Not necessarily an upscale neighborhood but don’t let the looks deceive you. All the neighbors are super friends. The house itself is perfect. Awesome vibe and close to the beach. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great time & stay

This charming house was the perfect get away for our family and pet. The fully fenced in yard, bbq pit and being a few min drive to the beach really made this trip special. Ron was a great host and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Def will recommend this cute place to all.

Cozy Family Getaway Near Daytona Beach

We had a fantastic stay at this charming property just a stone's throw away from Daytona Beach. Well Worth It

You need to go in and look around and then do it again. This place is great with TV overload!Nicely decorated with things like a palm tree mirror art or the big eye owl.The main bedroom is huge and the 2nd BR is a good size.All was well stocked. Can you find the hidden drawer with a container of screws?Communication with the owner was great and very quick.The car port was a nice touch to keep our Jeep out of the sun.Location was good for us and not very far from what we needed.We were very satisfied.

Bike Week 2024

This house was perfect for us. We had 3 motorcycles and a trike, plus my full size pickup truck and a 5X10 trailer. All fit nicely inside the fenced in area with all 4 bikes under cover. The house is exactly as pictured with no surprises at all. I cannot say enough about the location, there is a great little local hangout 2 blocks away that had live music for us to enjoy without worrying about needing to drive. The house was comfortable and clean with everything we needed to cookout in the yard and enjoy the shade. Proximity to Main Street is ideal. There are plenty of entrances and exits to the neighborhood with traffic signals to make those left turns across heavy traffic with no issues at all. I will definitely use this property again.

Our stay

We spent February of 2023 enjoying Florida’s warmth and sunshine in this Vrbo rental. We are always excited when we can bring our dogs and they can enjoy a fenced yard. We arrived to a clean and tidy rental which is located in a safe neighborhood. The location is convenient to the beaches, boardwalk, downtown and restaurants. The beds are comfortable, the shower head is nice and most things we needed were provided. We spent a lot of time in the yard and grilled out often so some outdoor furniture and a nicer charcoal or gas grill would have been great. It is an older home and could still use some improvements. Unfortunately our stay was plagued by fruit flies which made cooking and eating challenging. We tried to remedy them ourselves the first week with boiling water and drano when that did not help we reached out to the owner Ron. Ron, who was always quick to respond, sent a bottle of green gobbler to the home to use on the drains. We treated the drains nightly until the bottle was gone but they still remained a problem. We reached out to Ron again, he offered to send an exterminator which we declined due to our dogs. We suggested a plumber to clean the drains but that never happened. We continued to clean the drains nightly with a salt, baking soda and vinegar treatment for the rest of our stay. We also swatted flies before each meal daily. Hopefully he was able to remedy the problem after we left before the next guests arrived.

Biketober Fest

House was great, location excellent, very peaceful neighborhood, driveway is small for a truck with a trailer however you can park beside the road in the grass with plenty of room. Perfect place if you have a pet! Our dog was very happy and easy to manage at this residence. Definitely a place I would rent again in the future.
