This is an ideal space for large families, 4 couples or anyone who is looking for a place to get away and enjoy the ocean beach, fishing, clamming, surfing, hiking. The central location makes a perfect destination for getting to the beaches and downtown for fishing charters. Just 1 mile drive. It is close to everything and in a safe area. Also, it is located in between the two most popular beaches, Westport Light State Park and Westhaven State Park where the surfers go.

WELCOME to OUR place:
Lovely modern unit in a quiet 4plex, it has 4 BR and 2 bath. Large open concept living area with TV Netflix and electrical fireplace. There is a big fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and extra bar sitting. In addition, it stocked with cleaning and washing supplies, extra beddings, paper towels, soap, shampoo, etc.

PET RULES: Maximum 2 dogs middle size and non-aggressive breed. Dogs should be claimed during the booking and paid $30 pet fee. (it includes 2 up to dogs) . Please, don't leave pets alone in the unit. Pets are NOT PERMITTED to sit or lay on any FURNITURE like couches, chairs, or beds. Thank you!

Razor clams

Memory foam mattresses, comforters and pillows were very comfortable and any experienced traveler will attest to the importance of a good nights sleep. Everything you need in the kitchen including spices. Highly recommend this venue.

Perfect family or group getaway

The duplex was clean, very nicely stocked, spacious and very comfortable. Pleased with everything and would stay again. We didn't have children with us but lots of games and toys for little ones. Close to the marina and beach area, very short drive. Pretty much everything you need in a rental house for a nice getaway is provided.

Perfect for large groups!

We had a family of 18 and rented both units. It was wonderful! The Pacman arcade game was a hit right when we walked in the door. This unit is deceivingly big and roomy. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely consider this place again!

Top notch

Such a prepared home with such a amenities you really don’t have to bring anything. You don’t have to go to the store and buy the things that you’ll need for basic necessities to get through the day for lunches and dinner just food and beverages. The most well stocked rental I’ve ever ever used.

Such a great find. Unassuming from the outside but very spacious and cozy inside. A great rental for anyone wanting to visit westport for fishing or anything else.

Some small complaints

The bed was to low, had to get out of for some of us older people. Also, the info. said it had a BBQ grill. It was a BBQ griddle and the steaks ew brought just were not the same.

Very clean and comfortable

Super easy check in. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Had towels and chairs for beach time, even a kite. Great space for a great price!

Great stay

The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. The parking was great and spacious, the space was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. It definitely felt like a home away from home. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to do a weekend getaway at ocean shores. You can tell that it used to be a business plaza renovated into apartments which we thought was cool! We had a ton of privacy and couldn’t tell there were neighbors.

Family Beach Trip

This was a perfect property for our family beach get away. The house was so well stocked with towels, kitchen extras, bedding etc, even for our large group! Perfect location for access to the beach and shops!

Great place for a family!

We spend a few days of spring break in Westport. This place was perfect! Super clean, and fit all 8 of us with no problem. The beach themed decor is so cute and it has lots of extra supplies in kitchen and bathrooms to use. Thank you!

We LOVED our stay here!! We rented both units and it was the perfect space to accommodate our large family. We planned a weekend at the ocean to celebrate several milestone birthdays and our group included all ages from 11 months to 61 years young. The units were clean, comfortable, newly updated and spacious. We enjoyed being so close to town - alot of the group went on bike rides down to the beach and we loved being able to cook dinner together in the kitchen. The foosball and pacman were great bonuses. Beds were comfy and the bathrooms were huge! It had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be back!

Super comfortable, spacious and clean

We were only there for one night but comfortably could have stayed a week. The place is quite large, super spacious and clean with cute beach theme decoration. Our hosts were very communicative whenever I sent a message. It’s a mile and a half to the downtown area by the fishing piers so most people won’t want to walk that far (and you’d be walking on the Highway shoulder) hence the 4 stars for location, but we knew this in advance. Would definitely stay there again.

Lots of room!

Don’t be fooled by the fact that it’s a small looking apartment. It really has 4 bedrooms with 4 queen beds. It had new furniture. Couch was super comfy and beds didn’t look great but were actually very comfortable. I really like the small things like the body wash in the showers and the spices cabinet being stocked and having some cooking oils and coffee filters. Most places don’t have any of that and you end up spending $50 for a bunch of things you really only need for a weekend. Hosts were great and quick to reply to all communications. Definitely a great place to stay for a large group visiting Westport.

We are individual owners and not a management company . We take care of every guest like a part of the family. This is our own place with personal touch and a lot of love. We enjoy spending time by the ocean and hope to be good at surfing one day.

We always had a dream to have our own home near the ocean. When we found this place we immediately decided to turn it into a living place. It has great advantages of the perfect central location close to everything. It was a store and it sat empty for many years. We rebuilt everything ourselves and gave a new life to this building. Now we are happy to share this affordable place with everyone who is looking for a relaxing, unique and unforgettable ocean getaway.
