Outdoor kitchen equipped with a 48" Lynx grill, side burners, two outdoor refrigerators, and ample counter space.

Heated saltwater pool (optional heating: $100/day, 24-hour advance request required).

Elevated saltwater hot tub.

Private walkway leading directly to the beach.
