Beautiful house on the ocean! Kitchen has top end appliances and plenty of seating areas to enjoy the gorgeous view! Kids loved the game room on the bottom floor as well. Great property, house and host! Thank you!

This house and location were ideal for my family. We could easily spread out but also comfortably all come together for meals and evening activities. The kitchen was very well stocked with room for all of our groceries in the enormous walk in pantry. There were two washers and dryers which was a huge perk when we all wanted to do laundry before heading home. The biggest surprise was the amount of beach/pool chairs and toys available. My grandchildren were thrilled as were the adults who appreciated the chairs in the hot sand.We would rent this property again without question. Alexandre was fantastic to work with answering my many questions quickly.

Beach and private pool access

Beautiful house, kitchen had everything I needed to cook for 10 people. Loved the private access to the beach, and private pool and hot tub. Beautiful views from the rooms and deck. We enjoyed our stay

This is a lovely property in an ideal location with walkout access to the beach. The Kitchen is large and well stocked. The dining room and great room are large and have great views of the ocean. The deck is an absolute pleasure for morning coffee. There are some maintenance/upkeep items involving the appliances, electrical, and carpets that the owner is addressing. Overall, we had a great experience and would certainly stay here again.

Great Place for a Family Gathering

This was the perfect place for our family Vacation. Everything in the listing was there and working as shown. The adults enjoyed the Hot tub in the evenings and the kids enjoyed the game room and loved that the pool was not too deep. It had great access to the Beach. We enjoyed the stay and will definitely keep this as a destination spot for the family.

It was a wonderful place to stay. The house was beautiful with a lot of amenities. There was plenty of room for us. And on the beach! The kids and adults loved it. We hope that we can return.

Alex was great and responsive before and during stay. House was right on ocean and a short walk down the walkway to beach. Beautiful views. We had 12 people and tons of room. Beds were very comfortable. My father didn’t complain once which is rare. lol. House elevator was huge with elderly parents with low mobility. Huge kitchen with everything we needed and high end appliances. Laundry off kitchen which is a huge plus and had a dog shower bathtub area. Kids spent a ton of time in pool and playing arcade (I beat them in street fighter) and playing ping pong/arcade basketball. Plenty of parking. Short walk to Main Street with tons of restaurants and fat Arnold (SC shag dancing). Walked north on beach to Boulineau’s (cool supermarket and clothing store). We drove to strip to do broadway at beach and go karts (15-20 minutes). Having stayed in Myrtle beach before and previously owning a home in Murrells inlet this location was amazing as it was quiet but so much to do a short walk or drive from the house. It was sunny the whole stay but if it had rained there was more than enough to do in the house to keep my parents and 5 kids entertained. Only complaint is we didn’t have enough time to explore all north Myrtle and cherry grove had to do.

Amazing House and Service!

We had a great time at this house! We do a Guys Trip every year, and this property was perfect for us. LOTS of room for all of us, incredible views of the ocean, and right where we wanted to be in North Myrtle. Alex, the property manager, was always available to answer any questions we had, and it's obvious that he really cared that we enjoyed ourselves. We won't be back next year, but we absolutely hope to return in the future. Thank you for a great trip!

Family vacation

The house was gorgeous. The carpet is in bad need of either replacing or tearing out and put something else down. In the pink room is was gross. The fountain out front wasnt working and had green water in it. The pool was great as was the game area. We would recommend it even with the carpet. So much room so people aren’t on top of each other

Memories made!

My family really enjoyed the Splendid Villa. We were lucky to have some warmer weather in November so we got to spend time in the outdoor spaces. The house has plenty of room. Plan to take advantage of the spacious kitchen, it's perfect for entertaining larger groups. Only a short walk to Main Street. Owner is quick to respond to any inquiries or needs. This house has a lot to offer. Most of all, my family left with great memories.

Great getaway

This house has it all! Basement had lots of games for us to play - ping pong, basketball, foosball, and arcade. Walking outside from there was a nice little pool, hot tub, and couch area (no TV down there). The main floor had a lot of space for the group with a huge kitchen. The ice machine was a huge plus for coolers going down to the beach. There were several refrigerators in the home on all levels. All bedrooms were nice and all had their own bathrooms. The house is a short walk to the bars and restaurants of North Myrtle Beach. It's about a half hour drive to Broadway at the Beach for all their attractions. Overall, very pleased with our stay at this home.

Great Location and beach.

Plenty of space. Love table big enough for al 12 of us. Master BR and Bath is amazing but carpet in there is gross. Should be replaced. House is gorgeous but starting to need updates due to use. Cleaning crew does not do a great job. Coming in through basement the steps to go upstairs were filthy and lots of sand and dirt around pool and hot tub. Left bad first impression. Plenty of space for us our three children and their spouses and our four grands. Great time in the pool and in the beach.

We had an absolutely splendid time at the 'Splendor by the Sea'. It was very easy to check in and the elevator was a wonderful bonus. The house is magnificent. It is well built and well maintained. Communicating with Alexandre was a pleasure. Alexandre is polite, considerate, and responsive. The location is perfect. Directly on the ocean front with private beach access, and close enough to downtown that guests can easily walk to discover interesting places.The kitchen is fully equipped and can easily be used to prep for well over 20 people or 2. The pans were properly prepared, the Sub-Zero refrigerator kept food at the perfect temperature, the gas stove top is a bonus, and with multiple sinks and extended prep counters -anything is possible.The pantry is incredible! The laundry room is the perfect laundry room featuring washer, dryer, dog shower, and laundry line.The beds are comfortable and the linens are clean. The bathrooms are extraordinary. The view is spectacular. The amenities are incredible, clean, and a delight to use. We thoroughly enjoyed the wildlife. We were able to spot many beautiful beach birds.We look forward to staying in this beautiful, well maintained home again. If I had the privilege to build a beach house, I would definitely consider this home as a perfect model for high quality building materials and durability. They truly thought of everything.
