With a total of 1300 square feet, the 2 BR Breckenridge residence sleeps 8 and features king beds in both bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, including a large soaking tub in the master bathroom, two queen sleeper sofas, flat screen TVs, a fireplace and a washer and dryer. A large main living room area off the fully equipped kitchen with dining and island seating for 9 add to the units spacious feeling. A second living room is available in the second BR lock off/suite area along with kitchenette and full bath.

Other amenities include stainless steel appliances, private balconies, wood and stone fireplace and granite counter tops.

Located right at the base of Peak 8 of the world-famous Breckenridge Ski Resort, Grand Colorado is truly the epitome of ski-in/ski-out. Ski or walk out the front door right to the Colorado Super Chair and Rocky Mountain Quad lift. It's now home to the world's highest super chair - the Imperial Express -which tops out at 12,840 ft.

Guests of Grand Colorado can leave their skis and snowboards at the ski racks located anywhere at the base of Peak 8. In addition, each residence at the Grand Colorado includes a complimentary ski locker for owners and guests to use during their stay.
