Building Update – Exterior Painting Project (May 2025 – Spring 2026)
~ This unit’s balcony has been completed and is open for use.
Routine exterior painting is being completed to maintain the building’s pristine condition. Work is generally quiet with minimal disruption, though exact timing is weather dependent.
Current Schedule:
Stacks 04 & 05 → Aug 24 – Sept 24, 2025
Stacks 06 & 07 → Sept 25 – Oct 25, 2025
Stacks 08 & 09 → Oct 25 – Nov 25, 2025 (pool closed during this phase)

As you enter through the rotunda-style entryway, the condo opens to a bright and spacious floor plan:

~ Second Bedroom: Located on the opposite side of the condo with private balcony access and convenient access to a full bath.

8:01 PM – 11:59 PM: $50
12:00 AM or later: $100
~ Lost Keys/Fobs: $75 replacement charge
