We had a great time enjoying your condo. All on property were polite and always willing to help. We would stay here again if ever we found ourselves traveling to the daytona area.

Vacation Getaway

Very nice condo and was very pleased. It was clean and tidy and had a beachy feel. Great views of the beach as well. The hubby and the boys enjoyed the basketball court. Convenient to all shops. I definitely would stay here again.

Excllent place to stay

The property is great. The only negative was no washer and dryer in unit, however there is a coin washer/dryer down the hall. The unit is very nice 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with 2 balconies overlooking the ocean. there is a TV in each bedroom and living room. The kitchen area is small but we were not intending to cook. Only used the refrigerator for snacks and drinks. There are way too many good eating places to eat around Daytona for me to waste time cooking. The indoor pool is open until midnight so that is a great plus. The outdoor pool and pool deck closes at dusk so that is a bit of a bummer when it gets dark at 6PM. I would definitely stay at this condo if the price is right for my budget.

Great Vacation spot especially with kids!!!

We stayed at this property and my son (who is 6) told everyone we came in contact with this was the best place to stay ever! He had so much fun with all the amenities. the pool was fantastic both indoor and outdoor. The two bedroom condo was fresh, clean and very nice. From the moment you arrive to register to the moment you leave everything was excellent. I would stay and truly hope to stay again next February; and every year when we come down in February at this location. Drawbacks (which did not impede our stay at all). i thought there was a washer and dryer in the condo, but perhaps I misread something But there is a coin washer dryer on the floor we stayed on which houses two washers and two dryers for $1.50 per load. We used it and all was great. Secondly,, if you want to get out to the beach after sunset you must go to the red light adjacent to the condo as they do not have access to the condo from beach side after dark. and the last is the kichen stove is the size of a small camper stove, and the kitchen is quite small. However for our usage we did not need anything but the microwave and refrigerator as Daytona area has way to many restaurants with such great food there is no way I would have been cooking. So overall, our stay was fantastic and we look forward to renting this unit again!

Thank you Kathy for your review. We love the Royal Floridian too!! Our unit will be available again next February. Not sure of the dates yet...but believe it will start on Saturday, February 16, 2019. We believe the Daytona 500 is on Sunday, February 17, 2019. Please keep us in mind, if you decide to come again next year. Again, thank you. We have a 5 year old grandson that loves being there too. He especially loves the miniature golf course, as well as the pools and the beach. Sincerely, Frank and Sue Strobl

The condo is older but we spent most of our time at the pool and on the beach. Very clean and super friendly people!

Location, Location, Location

Ocean front, top floor and walking distance to great restaurants. Everything looked brand new in the condo the furniture, appliances(full oven) and fresh paint. We would definitely go back again. Thanks for a great experience.

Family time

This is a wonderful place to spend a week relaxing and enjoying Ormond Beach. Everything you need for a fun week is at the resort or within walking distance. It's a laid back family oriented resort where the kids will have a blast. We look forward all year to our week at The Royal Floridian.

Oceanfront Escape

Traveling from the cold winters in Wyoming, this vacation retreat was the perfect escape. The location is fantastic with amazing views of the ocean from the balcony with access to the beach and poolside only a few footsteps away. The proximity of the condo to the local area allows visitors flexibility to enjoy the restaurants and shops nearby. This was my daughter's first trip to the ocean and we soaked up every minute; sand castles, sea shell hunting and chasing the waves. We spent a week with great friends making unforgettable memories.

It's got it all: accommodations, view, location

Hard to forget this vacation! Sunrise beach run followed by morning coffee on the balcony watching and listening to the ocean. Afternoons spent in the pool and activities on the pool deck. The beach is just a few steps from poolside and is clean, beautiful and enjoyable. Rooms are clean and open so you can feel the sun and breeze. Balconies provide open view of ocean. Staff and other vacationers were friendly and respectful. Perfect location with many accommodations within walking distance. Owners of this listing were pleasant to work with. If I was lucky enough to take another beach vacation, I'd go back!

Perfect beach vacation

My family has been vacationing here for the last 10 years. We love the location, the staff and the accommodations. Every morning we enjoy the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean from our ocean view balcony. Enjoy our days in the spacious pool or stepping directly onto the beach for sand and surf. The condo offers a tiki hut and daily activities that keep the mood festive. We can walk across the street to CVS, Starbucks, a surf shop, TGIF...and rarely get into our car. Its our home away from home and every visit brings new memories and new friends.

Our family have been owners here for over 15 years. We enjoy spending as much time as we can at this beautiful resort. We also enjoy the Atlantic Ocean, which is right outside our unit. The balcony stretches across the entire condo overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. We gave indoor as well as outdoor pools and hot tubs. There is a Tiki Hut, as well as Basketball Hoop, Miniature Golf, assorted games and activities. Perfect place to spend a week!!
