Be advised this house is over 100 years old and the listing photos do not accurately reflect the condition of the house. It has great character and a lot of potential. Unfortunately it has been neglected and the cleanliness details have been overlooked. Upon arrival we had a difficult time locating the appropriate key boxes and had to call customer service. Some of the issues: the oven was disgusting and had grease all over the door on the inside and outside; there were a couple of broken drawers in the kitchen, the upholstered furniture was heavily stained & soiled; the linens on one of the beds had obviously not been changed, it had clearly been slept in; the A/C unit in the upstairs twin room was leaking water so bad that the wall is heavily stained and the floor was wet; the upstairs shower drained so slow that water covered your feet while showering; all of the mattresses are very lumpy, soft and worn out; we did not have a sufficient amount of towels for everyone; there were spiderwebs all over inside & outside; the landscaping was overgrown & unkept; there was no way to leave the back door unlocked so we had to leave it cracked open for everyone to come & go without getting locked out; most of the closets were overfilled with storage items; I could keep going with examples but I think I’ve made the point. I communicated with customer service about the issues after our arrival and was told I would receive resolution & a call the following day. I never heard from anyone
