An on-site marina offers services for additional usage fees.

The inviting interior has an open layout ideal for socializing and quiet time alike. Enjoy morning coffee on your screened porch, then whip up delicious dishes in the convenient full kitchen. The covered deck is perfect for sunset alfresco dining. Located upstairs, both bedrooms are configured with a private outdoor space (one terrace and one screened balcony). Extra perks include central AC, a private washer/dryer, and complimentary WiFi.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Excellent unit at Kawama Yacht Club. Near everything. Kitchen fully stocked. Bathrooms clean! Beds comfortable… Nicely decorated. Communication with property manager was excellent. Check-in and out was simple! And, they responded quickly by text and were helpful the whole week. What more can you ask for…I’m coming back soon!

Nice condo

It’s near the pool and a short walk to the jetty. We had a great stay. You can walk to a seafood restaurant down the street or stroll the neighborhoods. We’re runners so we ran around the area each day. There are some nice tropical fish in the lagoon, and lots of iguanas around. We enjoyed Key Largo.

Great little condo!

When we walked in we could tell how clean it was!! It is well-stocked with everything you need to arrive and get started on vacation. Plenty of bath towels, beach towels, toiletries, dish soap, laundry soap, paper towels, etc. The location is great. The condo is close to restaurants, shops and activities. It is just a few steps away from the pool out the back door and a 10 minute walk to the ocean. This is one of the few places with a king bed and twin beds instead of two queens. A must for our family. We highly recommend this condo!!!

Beautiful spot! But note…

This is a beautiful spot for families- next to pool & playground! But note; NO dishwasher, and nice white furniture! ( looks nice but not very kid- friendly) Also, during Spring break- pools are over crowded with kids! Pets are accepted here, and numerous dogs are barking at all hours and we had one growl and snap at my 2 yr old grandson! They should really have better rules about bringing dogs in this community! But, Overall, a good spot.

We loved the location and was very quiet! But wifi did not work and they just kept telling us everyday they would come fix it the pool was so hot it was not comfortable the rental came with no extras like kayak paddle board bike ect... not a big deal but see most do ! There was no hot water in kitchen and just a few small issues. Wouldnt come back myself

Difficult check in

When we arrived late at night to the unit, the entrance code did not work and the key pad was not as described. We texted the number provided and was able to eventually get code for lock box with a key. 30 minutes of chaos but we were able to use the key all week. Upon arrival we found the unit with the garbage can full and wet towels in the washer and dryer that we had to finish. The location and the grounds were beautiful and friendly relaxing environment

Very nice

Super nice place. Would have liked to see the kitchen a little more user friendly, wash towels, salt and pepper a few things like that. The A/C also seemed to be having a hard time cooling. House got a little warm during the day. Beds where comfortable and the home felt clean. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Nice Location

Unit was very clean. Kitchen is fully stocked. There’s a Keurig as well as a regular coffee pot. Mimi washer and dryer and detergent pods included. When using dryer please make sure lint trap is cleaned out. Both upstairs bedrooms have their own balconies with tables and chairs; the front balcony also has an umbrella. Lower level screened in porch has table and chairs with pool view. Boat/jet ski parking. Please note that the gate needs to see your insurance declaration page for your water craft insurance. They would not allow our jet ski to be on premises unless we had $300,000 liability. We had to call our insurance company to increase to this while at the gate to get in; we were off to the side as not to block people coming in. You can dock your watercraft maybe a hundred feet away from the unit. There are two parking places per unit. There’s a hose on the front porch you can use to rinse off jet skis or a small boat. There are two bathrooms; one is upstairs that both bathrooms would share and a smaller full bathroom downstairs. Shopping and fun activities really close by. Really nice place to stay.

Weekend Getaway

We had a great stay in Kawama. The townhouse is in a great location steps away from the pool and a short walk to the marina. (reserve a slip!) If you're bringing a boat reserve a slip. boat and trailer parking is limited. The ramp is in great condition but it is tide dependent. The unit was nice and clean but you will need to bring everything. no spices or oils for cooking. you will need laundry detergent also if you'd like to use the washer dryer. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Condo was nice

I was disappointed with a few things but the condo was decent. I was only there to basically sleep and shower as I was at a wedding venue for most of my stay.

Great place to stay!!

Cozy and quiet place with all the amenities. The pool was literally 20 steps away. Very clean but some ant issues by the sink that we sprayed and got rid of. Hey its Florida and bugs are expected. Overall a great experience and would recommend.
