Summary:
Relish in this spacious two bedroom condo that is only 1.5 miles away from downtown Traverse City! Intentionally designed with modern furnishings, this chic unit is perfect for friends and family to come enjoy everything that Traverse City has to offer.

The Space:
This fourth floor unit has everything that you need to enjoy a comfortable stay in Traverse City. Walk into our master bedroom that has a queen size bed and a walk-in closet to fit all of your belongings (or new purchases). The master bedroom also has a flat screen tv and an ensuite bathroom, stocked with toiletry essentials.

The guest bedroom has a queen bed along with a flat screen tv and a walk-in closet to store your belongings. Don't worry if you decide to extend your stay, this suite comes with their own washer and dryer along with basic laundry supplies.

In the living room you will find cozy furniture with a large flat screen tv. Trailside45 is a mile and a half away from downtown, known for their delicious restaurants. If you choose to stay in for a night, the kitchen is stocked with all of the kitchen essentials (utensils, basic cookware, dishes, keurig). A few K-cups will be provided to get your vacation started on the right foot.

**Three Smart Tv's in the suite with Roku connection for you to use your personal login for streaming services, but no cable**

The unit was exactly as pictured. It was very clean with plenty of towels, soaps, etc. A very quiet and secure location that let us enjoy a great annual friends trip. The host was extremely responsive and helpful.

Visiting for Horse Show

We travel several times a summer to the TC area for horse shows and this is one of our favorite places to stay. The location is terrific as we are able to enjoy all that downtown has to offer as well as a quick ride to the horse park. The condo is very well appointment and very comfortable for when we have downtime. We will definitely be back!

This was our first trip to Michigan. The TC area offers water and beaches, hiking, great shopping.

The condo has very comfortable beds, is attractive and is well located to attractions. Good parking is avaliable on site. The area seems very safe and the building is secure. Check in was very easy and no clean up responsibilities on check out. VRBO and the host responded quickly to questions during our stay.

The condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for our travel purposes. Since it’s located near a busy road, the sounds of city life occur but this was not an issue for us. At night consider a white noise machine or earplugs. The unit’s air conditioning unit needed servicing during our stay, but unit managers were easy to communicate with and promptly arranged to fix the issue. We will recommend this stay to family and friends.

We came into town for the Bayshore Marathon. Our communication with our hosts was perfect. The place was crystal clean, and a major plus—the beds were incredibly comfortable. We would totally reserve here again!

TC Getaway

Quick trip to attend the TC trail fest. Unit was perfect for our needs. Only downside was the street noise. Couldn’t sleep with the windows open, too loud. Otherwise great!

Comfortable and convenient place to stay in TC

We were in town for an event at the TC Curling Club. The condo was very convenient to the club. The building has a community room so we could get together with other teams staying in the building.The unit was clean however, the elevator and hallways smelled like marijuana. The unit was roomy enough for our group. Nice big closets in each room made it easy to unpack and hang or put clothing on closet shelves. The kitchen had dishes and utensils we needed. The kitchen has some spices and a coffee maker (with some coffee pods and tea bags). There were plenty of towels and bedding. The unit also has 1 hairdryer, tissue, TP, paper towels, dishwasher pods, soap and shampoo but nothing else so bring any kitchen or bath items you will need. The bed were comfortably firm. The pillows were soft for me (I like a firm pillow). The water pressure in the shower was very low but there was plenty of hot water. The unit does face the main road so it is a bit noisy in the AM when traffic picks up. We plan to stay at Trailside again when we are in TC next month.

This condo was rented for a girls weekend for 4 high school friends in their 50’s. This unit was comfortable and stocked with everything we needed for a short stay. Would definitely stay again.

4 day stay for death in the family

The unit was clean, and well stocked, very comfortable and well laid out, conveniently located. But, it smelled like smoke and there was an issue with one of the toilets where it did not flush using the flush handle. You had to manually stick your hand in the top tank and lift the plunger arm. When you did that, the plunger popped loose and splashed toilet water everywhere. Maintenance was prompt, but the property manager told Me that was just how toilets were installed in this building. After maintenance fixed the issue, the toilet would fill every 30 seconds or so.

Winter getaway

Took a 5 day short trip to Traverse City hopefully to get in some snow time. The stay was great. The apartment was very clean and up to date. Everything was labeled clearly. Not a lot to walk to especially in the cold weather but can't beat the price.
