Take in the view of the World's Most Beautiful Beaches for miles in either direction and see firsthand the beauty of Florida's Emerald Coast. Complete with on-site resort amenities that include swimming pools, a lounge and sunbathing area, a fully equipped fitness room and a furnished rooftop terrace with gas grills to show off your cooking skills, Sterling Reef brings it all to the table, just like the steaks you'll be cooking on those grills! But don't forget the crown jewel: the pristine sugar-white sands just a short boardwalk away.

Enter this Tommy Bahama inspired tranquil interior design, kick off your shoes and RELAX! It's time to unwind and get some R&R! The view from your living room is incredible and features miles of unobstructed views of Panama City Beach's most desirable asset: the white sands and emerald green waters. Enjoy the sound of the rippling waves of the Gulf of Mexico as you unwind for the day.

Spread out in the open living room and kitchen area for fun family time. A couch and two comfy chairs in the living room provide ample seating for five with additional seating for three at the nearby breakfast bar and three at the dinette table. So, fall back into a seat, pour yourself a glass of your favorite libation and catch your favorite game on the flat-screen smart TV with cable and streaming options.

KITCHEN

Wake up early and surprise the family with a home cooked breakfast using the fully stocked kitchen with a full suite of appliances! You'll find all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need to create a delicious batch of yummy homemade cookies or complex recipes like an egg white souffle. When it's time to dine, three people can dine at the table with an additional four at the breakfast bar. Want to dine over the waves of the Gulf? Step onto the private balcony and dine under the sun at the dining table for four.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

This condo sleeps 4 comfortably.

Wake up and step right out onto the balcony from the master bedroom with sliding doors leading straight to the amazing view of the Gulf! Listen to the rippling waves or the sea birds in the distance as you relax in the comfortable king-size bed. The master bedroom is attached to its own private ensuite bathroom with bathtub/shower combination, perfect for you to relax in after a day of fun in the sun.

The second bedroom boasts a queen-size and cozy sitting chair. There is plenty of room for clothes in the closet, as well as easy access to the hallway bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination.

CONDO AMENITIES

This condo is equipped with a stacked washer and dryer to wash off your swimsuits and beach towels! A starter set of toiletries is included with every guest stay and includes paper towels, toilet tissue, shampoo, body wash and bar soap for each bathroom, as well as dishwasher soap laundry powder, and liquid dish soap.

OUTDOOR AREAS & RESORT AMENITIES

Enjoy your morning coffee on the furnished balcony and capture the amazing views of The Gulf of Mexico right in front of you. The balcony features an outdoor dining table and chair set with seating for four, along with a whimsical basket chair perfect for catching up on that book you've been reading, and two additional chairs for sipping your mimosa at lunch. This building is equipped with multiple elevators for easy access.

Sterling Reef guests enjoy access to the beachside pool (heated seasonally) with a fantastic tanning deck, a professionally equipped fitness center, and an activity center with a big screen TV. Grill up some burgers and hot dogs on the third level sky terrace equipped with tables and chairs and several grills for your use. Beach service and water sport rentals are available seasonally from the beach services huts on the sand.

Sterling Reef's prime location ensures easy access to the pristine white sand beaches of PCB, convenient access to shopping, grocery stores, local, and a huge array of dining options. This resort is located across from Shipwreck Island Water Park and next to the M.B. Miller Fishing Pier, one of the longest piers on the Gulf Coast!

PARKING

Guests will have access to a covered parking garage. Guests may park anywhere in the garage. Once guests have checked in, they will need to always display their parking pass while in the garage. There is a max of 2 vehicles per unit. No scooters, golf carts, rentable mini vehicles, boats, or trailers are allowed on property. Parking passes will be left in the condo upon your arrival.

THE AREA

In addition to being located directly on the beach, this complex is right across the street from Shipwreck Island Waterpark, a timeless favorite for all ages! Kids and adults alike will love to play in the pools and zip down the slides. Visit other attractions, such as Gulf World Marine Park, Panama Dunes Adventure Park and The Original Goofy Golf (founded in 1959!) and dine out at the upscale Firefly restaurant or Harpoon Harry's Beachfront Bar and Grill. Explore all the exciting options that the area has to offer within walking distance of your condo!

Take a stroll to the end of the M.B. Miller County Pier and try your luck at catching redfish, grouper, and other interesting catches. Grill your seafood at the barbecue area on the sky terrace back at your condo. Double Red Flag: Very high hazards, water is closed to the public. Stay out of the water when this flag is flying; failure to comply can result in arrest.

Yellow Flag: Moderate surf or currents. Swimming is permitted but be cautious.

the views from the spacious balcony are beautiful

Very spacious apartment, the balcony is very well decorated, the dryer doesn't work well, too many codes to memorize, the pool water is very cold, no hot tub, the elevator was a nightmare, the parking space is very small, annoying maintenance early to do paint work on the door, love the views, but I will not return to this place

Panama City Beach bust

Property was nice on the beach and close to everything. However condo we rented needed an abundance of TLC. Master bed was horrible slopping badly on one side of bed. One drinking glass, no toaster and most importantly the electric lock on the front door was hard to get door to open and eventually stopped working to the point where we were literally locked out of our condo for several Hours. Soleil maintenance finally showed up and had to replace the entire electronic lock system. I would NOT rent from this company again. Soleil was very slow to react and continued to tell us it was operator error regarding lock system

Girls Trip

Let me start off by saying we love staying at this condo building. The time of year we come and visit and the location is wonderful. Everything looked exactly what the online description provided. There was plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware, this was nice. Now for the disappointment; We were not provided with the correct codes to get out the gate onto the beach, to use the bathroom by the pool or to use the gym. Some other guest were kind enough to give us the code for beach access. We checked in on Saturday and had to wait until Monday for the host to get us the correct codes. Did laundry on Monday to find out the dryer does not work. Contacted the host and they said they would send someone and no one ever showed up. The last day we were there we decided to use the dishwasher and right before leaving we had a judge mess to clean up. Water everywhere, dishwasher doesn’t work. Contacted the host and sent pictures, no response whatsoever. The front bedroom needs the carpet torn up. Make sure you have shoes or something on your feet because the carpet so so soiled, it will turn the bottom of your feet black. We’ve been coming here for years but will not be using this host. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and knowingly renting out a unit without disclosing the issues.

Beautiful weather and water

Sofa and chairs are rather worn. Furniture in master was crowded and some unnecessary. TV’s we’re great. Love the location.

Extended weekend getaway/vacation

Coach has filthy nasty stains and should either be replaced , cleaned or reupholstered. It was so nasty I could not and would not even sit on it. Need to replace shower curtains due to having mold spots. Should have at least 2 sets of towels and wash cloths in each bathroom and also need to replace sheets and comforters due to stains. Sheets are cheap to replace just go to Ross or TJ Maxx.

The room was everything that was promised. Very nice.

They were very responsive to questions that I had. The room was very nice. The only bad part is their are only 2 elevators for the entire complex and 1 elevator was down for several hours. The wait time on the elevator is horrible.
