Welcome to 36 Harleston Green! This four bedroom, four and half bathroom home can sleep up to twelve guests. It is located on the sixth fairway of the Harbourtown Golf Links. Great spot to be for the annual RBC Heritage Golf Tournament!

A nice perk of this home is that it offers complimentary pool heat seasonally. As long as the temperature doesn't fall below 55 degrees, you are all set to enjoy FREE pool heat typically March through May & September through early November (must call office in advance of your stay to confirm and schedule).

This is a dog friendly rental! The pet fee is $250 plus tax and covers up to two dogs maximum. If you would like to bring your dog, please reach out to us in advance to confirm and pay fee.

• Distance to Beach: This closest beach path is located approximately 1 mile from the home (off of South Sea Pines Drive) - an easy bike ride. There is also beach access available at the Sea Pines Beach Club - which is two miles away from the home. If you bike to the Beach Club - there are bike racks available. There is a complimentary beach shuttle from the Harbourtown area which operates seasonally only. No parking is available at the Beach Club unless you are staying mid-September through mid-March or it is after 5pm.

• Pool Info: Approximately 15 feet by 45 feet with a depth range of 3.5' to 7'. The pool is able to be heated seasonally only. It is not able to be heated if the temperatures drop below 55 degrees at any point during your stay. Must call Coastal Home and Villa at least two weeks prior to your arrival to arrange for pool heat.

• 6 Beach Towels Available, Gas Grill, Washer/Dryer, Wireless Internet (no landline phone)

• Dog Friendly: This home permits a max of two dogs to stay in the home. The pet fee is $250 plus tax – please reach out to our office in advance to confirm and pay the additional pet fee.

• Ping Pong Table in Garage

• Paying guest reservations staying between 4-27 nights will receive a $250 VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only.

• Parking: There is parking available for up to six cars max in the driveway - no parking available in the garage. Parking passes are an additional $17/pass plus tax.

Amazing house, really well put together for family hang time. It feels pretty brand new across the board. The large hangout areas and tables were great for family pizza and board games. Also the TV's are plentiful through the house, with the main one being massive and setup for smart TV - so being from Kansas City we were able to see all our college and pro football games as a family at nights. Very close to most places to eat, harbor, or beach. The backyard is maybe the best place being right on the golf course with Firepit and pool to hang. We did a ping pong tournament in the garage the first night, which was a blast for the family.

All the dishes match, plenty of utensils, wine glasses etc. The house is immaculate with lots of open space to spread out and comfortable furniture. The view to the golf course is amazing with lots of outdoor seating to enjoy. We had small issue and the rental agency came immediately to resolve. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

Great accommodations. Will stay again

Only was able to stay 5 days out of 7, Hurricane Helene kept everyone guessing. Loved the location, great room, beautiful kitchen and bedrooms were comfortable. Please don’t tell anyone else about this one. If you do hope they enjoy as much as we did.

Home is beautifully furnished, kitchen is equipped better than any we've ever had and the backyard is spectacular. Large pool, great lawn area and the view of the golf course is an added bonus. PERFECTION!

This place made our family vacation all it could have been! Very family friendly and plenty of room to stretch out. Everything was top notch. The cleanliness was perfection. As we arrived, a person pulled in 5 minutes later to "inspect the cleaning". The kitchen was well stocked with needed extras and plenty of extras. The pool was a good size and, even though there was a roof being installed on one side and one day of a BIG party on the other side, the area still felt private and peaceful. We've found out family rental for vaca.

Great house

I brought my wife and 4 kids 25, 23, 14 and 12 and my 25 year old’s boyfriend. House was plenty big for all of us with 4 1/2 bathrooms televisions in every bedroom and all the conveniences of home! Very clean and great location. We hung out at the pool all afternoon as the sun hits the pool area from about 1-5pm so a short drive or trolley to the beach would take up some of the mornings. The gas grille was clean and they even had a backup tank just in case. Enjoyed watching the Celtics win it all on the big TV above the huge fireplace in the family room. Kitchen was big and they even had a second fridge in the garage which was very handy to store adult beverages, ice cream etc. we would absolutely stay at this house again next time we go to HHI!

The home was extremely clean and well appointed. The kitchen has everything you’ll need for cooking, & extra dishes. Beds comfortable-bunk room could use better mattresses for adult sleeping but I’m sure fine for kids. Loved the LARGE tv in family room, ice maker in bar & filtered water in fridge. Very clean! 8 adults had plenty of room to gather, but also be alone. Location perfect for Harbour Town, a good bike ride to beach, but so quiet along 6th fairway! Coastal Homes excellent! Would definitely rent from them again. Bonus that this beautiful, clean home is dog friendly! Just a suggestion after staying a week-a comfy chair in master bedroom, and replace queen bed in the 2nd main level bedroom with a king (we had 8 adults-3 couples-could have used 3 kings 🤷🏻‍♀️) then it would be perfect! ! ❤️❤️

The only issues we had was that the fireplace was non-functional which we really could have used and we were never able to regulate the temperature in the house. The downstairs was too cold but if you turned up the heat, the upstairs was roasting which really put a damper on things. But we enjoyed the house and would do again but in warmer weather.

Family get away

fall break was great in this home. only had one minor issue and the management team was all over it....wow fixed our issue in an hour. home was everything the pictures showed wish we had another week...as it always takes a few days to get our baring's at a new location. the HEATED pool was a big hit with our grands couldn't get them out of it...

We stayed for two weeks and honestly did not want to leave. This is by far the cleanest house we have ever rented - I mean spotless. The staff was always quick to answer questions and fix any issues right away. The location within Sea Pines is pretty perfect - short ride to shopping and the beaches. The pool was really nice as well - great size and someone came to clean it several times while we were there. Pictures really do not do this house justice - we are planning on renting this house again in the future.
