Welcome to La Roche aux Mouettes, a superb 100 m² house located in a quiet and green neighborhood of Saint-Jean-de-Monts. Here, the ocean is your neighbor: you are only 700 meters from the beach, accessible in just a few minutes on foot or by bike. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 7 people, this uniquely styled house is the perfect setting for a vacation with family or friends under the Vendée sun.



La Roche aux Mouettes will surprise you with its interior architecture full of character. The hallway leading to the rooms creates a "house within a house" atmosphere: the rooms have windows with shutters overlooking the hallway, offering an original and very aesthetic visual aspect.



The house consists of three carefully arranged bedrooms:



The children's room: Has a single bed (90x190) and bunk beds (2x 90x190).



-Two large bedrooms: Spacious and bright, each has a double bed (140x190).



The living room is the heart of the home: a vast space comprising a large dining table and a warm living area with fireplace and television. A mini-bar cleverly separates the living room from the large open kitchen, fully equipped (gas stove) to prepare your feasts. A modern bathroom with large shower and double sink completes the interior.



Outside, you will discover a large enclosed garden that surrounds the property. The land is beautifully designed with small stone walls in the corners, giving it a charming appeal. For your summer evenings, enjoy the wooden pergola where a plancha is installed for your grilling. Between the garden furniture and shaded areas, it's a true haven of peace to relax after the beach.
