Enjoyed our Stay

Nice newer property that was very clean and convenient to stores and restaurants. It had everything we needed(soap, towels, outdoor hammock, grill and chairs in the backyard) including beach chairs. Would definitely stay here again.

Proximity

This home was very nice! Great neighborhood, only a few thousand feet from the beach and near tons of restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back to visit. Next time we’ll stay for a full week because there is so much to explore in Jax!

Great Rental – Clean, Good Location in JAX Beach

We live in the area but needed a rental for a couple nights. This was a great find. Clean, updated, plenty of space for everyone, and a good location with easy access to everything at the beach. Only comment / reco for owner would be to invest in a new master mattress!

Beautiful and Spacious

It was a family girls weekend for us. We loved the property! It was very clean, roomy and open. The fenced backyard for our pups was perfect. We loved the hammock for afternoon naps in the sun. Friendly neighborhood too! We walked to the grocery store, liquor store and there is many restaurants within walking distance too. The host was easy to work with and communicated quickly and well. We would definitely go back!

Bad start to a weekend stay

We arrived at 4 pm check in time to find the home had not been cleaned after the previous rental. Dirty sheets and towels in the floor. We were to have guests arriving at 6:30pm for a dinner party. I contacted the owner and to his credit he rebooked us in another place for the evening. We packed up everything and moved to the new place a few blocks away. The new rental was extremely small and shortly after arrival we discovered the sole toilet did not work. The owner of this rental moved us to an adjacent bungalow because he could not find a plumber to come out on short notice. The 3rd place was clean but very small with one bathroom literally located in the kitchen. Needless to say our dinner party plans were terribly disrupted. We were in town to meet our daughter’s future in- laws. The next day we’re able to go back to the original after it had been cleaned. So in summary we were in 3 different properties and moved all of our belongings 4 times in 24 hours. The owner refunded the booking fee but still charged us for a cleaning and service fee. Our experience overall was terrible and extremely stressful. For the owner’s sake I hope this was a one off issue. Our 2nd night went more smoothly. The house is generally comfortable except for a sparsely equipped kitchen. For example a home that can accommodate 8-10 quests had 4 coffee mugs and a 2 slot toaster. Also the backyard grass was literally 10 inches long and the patio area was not neat and well maintained.
