It features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, two private balconies, a fenced backyard, and a private driveway. With brand-new amenities, including an air-conditioned garage game room, a mini putting green, and a turf backyard with shaded seating, this coastal retreat offers the perfect mix of comfort, fun, and walkability, all just steps from the sand.
