Beautiful & Upgraded Home!!

If this is your first visit to Kingston Plantation, you are going to love it. This is the best location on the Grand Strand. We are within 10 minutes of everything in Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach.
Lovely spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom comfortable villa at Kingston Plantation in Myrtle Beach. Located on the first floor, That is centrally located to all of the amenities for endless family fun. Myrtlewood 18-D offers its guests the luxuries of home with short walk to the beach!
Upon entering the condo, you will find a spacious living area with a fully-equipped kitchen. Dine-in class at the beautifully pristine wooden table fits up to six guests during the vacation stay with extra seats at the bar.
The living room in this vacation rental will provide guests a space to relax after a long blissful day soaking in the Myrtle Beach waves. There is a flat-screen television with cable. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee overlooking the Kingston Plantation greenery on your private patio.
Unwind at the end of the day in one of the two bedrooms. In the master bedroom, there is a king-size bed with a flat-screen television. No need to stress about where to put any belongings - there is an ample amount of space in the armor and closet area! Walk into the master bathroom and find a luxurious bath/shower combo.
In the second bedroom, there are two queen size beds with flat-screen television and closet for any belongings. In the second bathroom, guests will find a bath/shower combo. The second bedroom has its own private patio.
The living room has a sleeper sofa that supports a twin bed.
Kingston Plantation which offers guests a variety of beautiful walking trails and access to the South Carolina sands. Explore Barefoot Landing, home to many Myrtle Beach attractions, restaurants, shopping are just minutes away. Outstanding 18 hole golf course just outside the Kingston Plantation gate. The options are endless at this vacation destination!
Cleaning and Sanitation - We take special care in cleaning and sanitizing our units. Highly effective bacteria and viruses killing sprays and wipes are used throughout the entire unit.

All that without the bag of chips
The unit was in a nice, quiet gated community. Needing to go through the security station and talk to the guard every time you came back from any excursions was a bit odd, but doable and inconsequential after the first two days. The unit was clean and had almost everything you’d expect. For those looking to stay in a place and use it for bathing and sleeping, it was perfect. It was close to some good eateries, a Walmart, a grocery store, and plenty of golf. Some minor things like extra trash bags, extra dish and laundry soap, extra pillow cases for the extra pillows, an overview of what facilities in the complex are included with your stay, and maybe a bit of a better price would make the place all that AND a bag of chips!

Beautiful Condo
This is one of the best condos we have ever stayed in. It was exactly as the pictures showed. The bathrooms were absolutely beautiful and well stocked with luxurious towels. Also plenty of kleenex and toilet paper, which you don't always get in other places. My son got married on Myrtle Beach and the condo made our stay there most enjoyable.

Great place to stay
Condo was exactly as pictured. Very clean, comfortable beds. Plenty of soft towels. One downside, only 1 pan and 1 pot so not enough dishes to cook with. No storage containers. I did purchase some and left them there. Nice distance to pool, which was very relaxing. Beach chairs, boogie boards provided. We purchased sand toys and left them there. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful, comfortable vacay home in perfect setting!
Beautifully renovated home located in the perfect Kingston Plantation setting. 7 min easy walk...we timed it- to relaxing on the beach. Well worth it to be in the shaded trees and beautifully manicured grounds and relaxed private setting.

Perfect experience!
Booking process: Great! Arrival: I mistakenly arrived with my family a day early. The homeowner and agent were great in helping me make an extra nights payment and allowing entry into the home! Stay: This home was clean, well stocked, and comfortable in every way! Beds and couch were comfortable, dining table was large enough to fit my party of 6, having a washer and dryer available in the home was so convenient because we had to wash sport uniforms, pans, plates, utensils, toilet paper, paper towels, extra trash bags, laundry detergent, iron, broom and dustpan, first aid kit, towels, rags, THE SHOWER was GREAT, microwave, stove, ice maker, blender, short walk to the beach and pools, quiet neighborhood, television, air conditioning, nice deck. I could not have been more pleased! Bar, ice cream, and pizza shop within walking distance! Departure: lights off, take out the trash, start dishwasher, linens removed and placed in appropriate spots, turn down the AC and refrigerator, remote controls by the tv. Super simple! Cons: Bring bug spray for the mosquitoes outdoors! We all thought that such a nice place would have the area sprayed, but they could have, we just couldn’t tell. We all enjoyed our stay here and would certainly recommend to any family looking for a great experience. 15min from NMB Sports Complex
