Newly renovated condo in the heart of Myrtle Beach. This 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom condo is located in the Renaissance Tower of the Myrtle Beach Resort. This oceanfront property is the perfect beach getaway for your friends and family. Enjoy time at the resort with its many pools, hot tubs, sauna, gym, indoor pools, and beach bar with food and drinks. For your convenience, there is a laundry room onsite and a grocery store right across the street.This entire condo has been updated, including all new shaker white cabinets in the kitchen, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and even a breakfast bar! The master bathroom has a brand new tiled floor-to-ceiling walk-in shower. The condo has been fully refurnished. Watch your favorite TV shows or stream movies on the Smart TVs. The bedrooms include a brand new tempurpedic mattress in the master bedroom and tempurpedic pillows with all new bedding for both rooms. The outdoor balcony, with gorgeous views of the beach, is the perfect place for meals, coffee, and cocktails. Nice Convenient Condo

Loved the place! Very convenient to stores and restaurants especially with a little one. Very quiet. Only downfall were the beds were small (not queens) so my husband had to sleep in the other bedroom since my daughter sleeps with us making my son have to sleep on the pullout. There was also a lot of construction which didn’t cause any problems and my daughter actually liked seeing the vehicles but the pool was not accessible, thankfully we were able to use the one down the road. Overall absolute great stay and we would b ppl ook again!

Spring break getaway

A bit further from Myrtle Beach than expected but easy access to the beach with cool bar on the deck. The building was undergoing renovations with signage posted. This will be a great spot once the pool and restaurant complete. The condo itself was well appointed in kitchen, bedrooms and furnishings. Patio views of the ocean and beach at night were beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

Great room 5 stars, Check in time consuming.

Room was great!!!! Thank you to the host. Elliot Rentals could move to an email or text for check in to make the process smother for rooms with codes only. Took an extra hour to stop at office in North Myrtle Beach for our room in extreem South Myrtle Beach.

Weekend in Myrtle Beach

Great location with many amenities. Loved the close proximity to the beach and restaurants. Listing was good but we would recommend a few changes. First there is no kitchen linens. When we asked they stated they do not supply them. Think this is short sighted since most small groups use limited dishes and would opt to clean them rather than use the dishwasher for only a few items. We also wanted to wash down the counters and areas we ate. We also had no hot water in the kitchen and when reported they seemed less than enthusiastic to come fix it so we simply told them to forget about it. The carpet on the balcony is a trip hazard and makes it extremely difficult to move the furniture to sit and enjoy the area. Also the bottom rail is broken. This area should be replaced as soon as possible. Lastly, the whole area was under construction for a major remodel and this should be made more apparent in the listing. Overall we would stay at this location again but probably opt for a different unit. The management company was very good, they responded quickly and were accessible.

Renaissance Tower

The condo was nice but wasn't as advertised. The indoor pool at this time of year was a big factor for choosing this rental but the pool was closed for construction when we got there. The photos showed one room having (2) twin beds but that wasn't the case when we got there. For the most part it was clean except the floors. There seemed to be a lot of hair/dust on the floors. One of the bathroom sinks wouldn't drain very fast. Other than those minor issues everything seemed nice and newly renovated. It was in a nice area and had easy access to the beach.

Was a little disappointed because building was still under construction. Condo had a few small things that need attention, especially balcony carpet which is a fall hazard. Overall our visit was great. This was our 3rd year staying at Resort.

Week at the beach

The location was beautiful. Wonderful to look out on the ocean. I really liked the decor and everyone was helpful and friendly. The maintenance person came on Monday and fixed the beeping smoke detector and the sliding glass door and the dresser drawer which was off track and I appreciated his/ her promptness. The only complaint was the dirty blankets were left in the laundry basket. Also didn’t text us when room was ready but person I called to check in told me she had gotten done.Some suggestions were to have a shelve in the bathroom and dish towels and oven mitts in the kitchen. Otherwise no other complaints

Do NOT stay in this unit!!!

The space was extremely small. This unit should NOT have been rented @ all!!! The lamp stand in the bedroom was broken & never replaced. The balcony was NOT usable on any level. The entire carpet on the balcony was coming up off of the concrete & this issue was NOT repaired. The sliding glass doors leaked water inside the unit & onto the floor. Elliott Beach Rentals did their very best by relocating my family to a much better condo! The management team was phenomenal. This unit needs REPAIRS! The owners need to take better care of their property. The attendant @ the front gate was a NIGHTMARE! Very UNPROFESSIONAL & lacked any type of customer service training.

The property was nice; however, the pool is under construction, therefore you had to use the adjacent properties pool which was easy to access. There were problems with the elevators and the staff did a great job with working with residents to make sure the elevators were working properly. Depending on the time of day you did have to wait awhile to use the elevators. The condo itself was clean however there were stains on the comforters, sheets and mold in the bottom portion of the shower. The condo needs kitchen towels, dish soap and hand soap. Overall, I would give this place a 3.5 star.

Wasn’t as clean as it should have been for the cost. Kitchen and bathrooms were not acceptable and floors were horrible. Location of the unit to the beach was great.

Place was nice but dirty and they charge $20 per car not like it says on confirmation

The floors were dirty and had dirt pilled up in corners. The place was nice but when we got our confirmation it stated $20 2 parking spots but when we pulled up to the gate they charged $20 per car. Called number that was in room and complained and they said to go to the main office for refund. They probably do this to everyone and they need to be more detailed if it’s $20 per car. I went to the office and the front desk guy seemed shocked they charged per car and did credit my credit card for the $20 they charged for the other car. Watch out for overcharging when parking. Other than those few things it was a nice stay.

The place we stayed had been condemned the year before. It was still under construction repairs.

The room was dirty and not been cleaned, tried to get someone to come out and clean. It took four days. Ation with everybody was terrible. Took anywhere from 15 to 35 minutes for an answer on the phone. Amenities were not open at all due to the construction.
