Beautiful ocean views from this 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom condo on the 7th floor of South Hampton, located in Kingston Resort. This condo has been renovated with new flooring, new furniture, and new artwork. It has an open floor plan with coastal furnishings and artwork that will remind you day and night that you have arrived at the beach. It features a private balcony, free parking, and free high speed WiFi (200 Mbps).

South Hampton Tower is an oceanfront 16 story high rise building located in Kingston Resort. The 24/7 gated entrance provides safety and security in this family friendly environment.

Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool passes).

Weekly and monthly discounts available. $500 security deposit held.

This condo can be rented with South Hampton 704A next door to create a 3 Bed / 3 Bath combo for extra guests.

Great stay!

The condo was just as described. Nice and clean, good AC, great views. The condo is in a resort area and getting out adds about 5 minutes to your drive when going places in Myrtle Beach. The Mega Fitness access was great to have and we utilized it a couple times.

Great Vacation

Just wrapped up vacation 2024. Enjoyed the accommodations very much. Felt very safe in the community, and enjoyed a clean/comfortable unit, with easy access to the beach and pool. Appreciated the family environment of the area. Booking and check-in process was smooth as well.

Home-like condo in Myrtle Beach

If you want a condo that feels like home, this is it. Clean, comfortable, convenient location. This place has it all. It is located close to North Myrtle Beach which is away from the hustle and bustle of MB, itself, but there is a lovely beach and pool. The pool opens in April so be aware of that. All attractions are easily accessible from this location. We will be back!

Great place!

This property had extra little touches that were much appreciated, such as power strips, box fan, and lots of luggage racks! Property was clean and just as pictured. Will stay here again!

It was absolutely amazing. Just what we needed!

The property is beautiful and provides everything you need to have a wonderful stay. We took a spontaneous trip and this condo was perfection. We felt right at home. We cannot wait to book again. The hosts were so very accommodating and super responsive. Everything was perfect.

Great Rental

Building and beachfront location were great. A little convoluted with only one entrance for access to the resort. Kitchen could use more cooking items / utensils. Overall, though a fantastic condo and a great view with large balcony. Very clean and spacious living areas with comfortable furniture. Large bedrooms and comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend to anyone with 4-6 people and would certainly rent again for my family!

Great Location

This 2 BR 2 BA was clean, well appointed and had plenty of space for 4 adults and 1 teenager. All necessities were available in the bathroom, kitchen, laundry room and closet. Beach chairs and umbrella were also in the closet! The property's phone app made the check in and check out process go smoothly.

Most everything was good. There could have been more dish washer detergent, for a month long stay and laundry detergent.

Very nice place.

Great location to beach. Rooms were very comfortable. Everything in room that we needed. Our trip was cut short due to the hurricane IAN coming our way. Will stay again.

Great room for the price.

Had 2 recliners, large sofa in living room. One in master bedroom. 65” tv in living room. The only thing. If you want to go to the new pool area. You won’t be able to. That’s where the water park is. You have to have an arm band to get in there. Look up Black Drum Brewing to check it out. Besides that. It was great.

Beautiful beach front property!!

We had an amazing time staying here and loved how easy it was to access the beach. Everything is super close and the condo itself was beautiful. Unfortunately the neighbors that we had weren’t super great as they were smoking above us and we couldn’t keep the doors open as much as we wanted but that’s out of anyone’s control. Our girls were thrilled to have such a beautiful room and the beds were extremely comfortable!!

Spacious condo with lovely view

This is a very spacious condo with an exceptional view. The building itself is very well maintained, but the unit needs major updating which I believe is in the works. The bathrooms and flooring are in dire need of replacement. (The plumbing actually leaked out into the outside hallway every time we showered.) Management was responsive, and the supplied towels and linens were top of the line. Noise from adjoining units is an issue and I can’t imagine how loud it would be in season. On the whole, once this unit is remodeled it will be lovely. The location can’t be beat!

Fantastic place

Great location

It was definitely a great location. Our Airbnb was comfortable for my family of 6. Kitchen utensils need to be upgraded and bath shower curtain was full of mold. Parking was horrible as well. Having a disabled child not once finding parking near was very unpleasant. Especially for the price we payed. But other than that- it was great.

South Hampton Tower has everything my family loves. For our kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony.

Kingston Resort is one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment. The proximity to the Hilton restaurants and amenities gives you the luxury feel of staying in a hotel with the privacy of a personal home.
