A terrific property for 1 or 2 people. The space was well-designed and the furnishings were excellent. The kitchen had all of the essentials (minus coffee filters for the coffee maker.)Check in was simple and straightforward.

Loved this modern place to stay. Two balconies and the needed amenities. Walk to grocery store. Walk into town. Overall a perfect find and we will stay again!

The Host seemed welcoming. The amenities were good except could not find the coffee. I would recommend more lighting in the parking lot was a bit dark. Overall great experience

Close Enough

We were very happy with our stay overall. Location was good. Walk to the gondola, town is not to far. Short drive or bus ride. City Market is right across the street.

Another Exceptional Stay

This was my second time staying at the condo this ski season. It remains my preferred choice when staying in Breckenridge. The unit is well-stocked and maintained. The area is quiet and close to downtown. I look forward to returning.

Well-appointed Condo, Convenient Access to Slopes

The condo is well-appointed with convenient access to the Breckenridge ski slopes (1-minute walk to free bus service or a quick walk to the gondola parking lot). It was clean and well-maintained with thoughtful amenities such as a QR code for wi-fi access. I plan to stay here again for future ski trips.

Breckenridge trip in August

We had a great stay at this property for a few days in August. The place was easy to access and was in excellent condition. Location was a little close to the main road so you could hear a lot of car traffic but that didn’t really bother us. We could walk into town and barely used our car during our stay. The owners were responsive to any questions we asked. They left us some nice snacks and local coffee (would have been nice to have some coffee filters) Overall a great experience!
