Clean, spacious 2BR/2BA condo in the heart of downtown Greenville. Nice balcony that overlooks a beautiful quiet courtyard. Only steps away from the Holy Molli Mexican Fusion, late night Sully's Steamers, CVS, and much more. Condo is half a block from Main Street, and the Reedy River is a short half mile walk away. The Greenville-Spartanburg Airport is a 15 minute drive.

When we took our showers, the water was lukewarm for about 5 minutes and then was cold. It was really disappointing especially considering what we paid. The two things you count in an overnight stay is the comfortable bed and a hot shower. I finished washing my hair in the sink, but the water in the sink was also cold.

Excellent stay. The condo is amazing and very well located, right in the heart of downtown Greenville, with easy access to everything within walking distance. The place was spotless—very clean, well organized, with a lovely scent and excellent lighting throughout. It has two bathrooms and all the spaces are very comfortable and accessible.We felt very comfortable and truly enjoyed our stay. The host was wonderful—very kind and attentive at all times. We would definitely recommend this place.

Great communication from the host. All needed information provided. Host very accommodating. Condo was clean and in good order. Simple check out procedures. Great location for walking around downtown Greenville.

This apartment is awesome! Very comfortable and clean. Modern and every amenity has been thoughtfully provided. I do recommend this apartment. My only issue was this: 1. The heat/ac system (or something like it) runs very loudly and often. And it’s right in the bedroom I slept in. If you are a light sleeper it may be an issue. For me it was just annoying. 2. I was there during a cold snap and the heat worked, but I still felt cold. For a weekend visit it was very enjoyable. I’ll gladly stay here again though!!! The location is right downtown in the middle of everything. Parking in garage on weekends is free DURING THE DAY. You will have to pay 10 to park in the garage overnight. Garage is very close, 1/2 a block. I enjoyed staying here!

Not trying to be petty so photos weren’t taken. But for what the one night rental cost you would think they could afford to replace broken blinds and curtain rod holders that are half torn out of the wall. No blinds or curtains in living room at all. Just trashy.

Perfect Location

This was the perfect spot for our mother/daughter getaway. The condo is clean, very spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. We felt safe and were able to walk to all the best restaurants and activities that downtown Greenville has to offer. The host was responsive, and the check-in process was easy. Great weekend

We had a girls weekend away. Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. Property is convenient to everything. Parking was not a bad walk with luggage.

Quick work stay

I stayed for work. My friends had never been to Greenville and this location was perfect for them to walk to parks and downtown area.

As advertised and terrific.

Everything was just right. Spent 3 nights for some social events. Can't say enough about the location. The living quarters were fine in all ways. Parking a cinch and cheap. I would go back without hesitation. Thank you.

Wish we could stay here again!

We really loved our stay! The king size bed was so comfortable and the most comfortable bed we have ever stayed in at a vrbo. Even more comfortable than our own bed at home! Our 11-year-old son stayed in the second bedroom and it was very convenient that there was a desk where he could work on his schoolwork on his laptop. This vacation home had everything we could possibly need. I especially loved the extra charging ports for all of our devices. The location was great in downtown Greenville and we enjoyed being able to walk to the nearby restaurants. Because of the nature of our trip, our two older teens stayed at home with our mini schnauzer. We would love to stay here again, except it is not pet friendly. That was the only downside of our stay is we would have loved to bring our whole family and the dog.
