Common pool, grill area, tennis court and a nice friendly atmosphere will make you and your family happy to have chosen this great property. Smathers Beach is across the street, Higgs Beach is a short walk, Duval Street a short bike ride or walk. Literally anything on the island is within your reach! 28 day minimum stay - set up for 4 adults only. Bring your bikes or rent them here and be anywhere in Key West within minutes! Maybe you want to rent a golf cart and do the same! Staying a shorter time frame? Let's chat about it!

La Brisa is a very friendly place! The owners and the renters are nice, pleasant and respectful - that's our first consideration - making sure this stays intact! We want to welcome you and your family but also want you to know that this is a tight knit community who values family and fun as well as peace and quiet ! We hope you will maintain this code during your stay. The Pool, Smathers Beach across the street (and all it has to offer), the tennis courts, the nice grilling area, the clubhouse ... it's all there for you when you're not enjoying the fabulous view upstairs!
