Condo was very nice and clean. Great location. Pictures on website accurate. We had issues with AC and could not complete our stay in the unit. Management co worked to get it repaired (on a Sunday) and when it could not be fixed was able to move us to comparable condo.

Perfect vacation

The condo was great. We really enjoyed it. The condo and entire property was clean and well maintained.l, which is hard to do around the ocean. The only problem we had was when the elevator stopped working. It was a workout carrying all the stuff to/from the third floor. It seemed like something that happens often so just be prepared.

Great condo!

Great condo! Only issue was the main bedroom, the fitted sheet kept coming off and we couldn't seem to cool the room down enough. We also never figured out how to run the washer/dryer even with the manual.

Clean and Comfortable

We only stayed two nights. Everything was great. One small inconvenience though.. I thought everyone owned a Kuerig lol.. I only brought K-Cups so I needed to go buy coffee grounds. And they have started NEW CONSTRUCTION next to the Condos so EXPECT some NOISE early mornings. But everything else was great.

Girls yearly trip

Seascape was wonderful! The beach was peaceful and clean, the location great, Management good. Ryson had trouble with communication and getting repairs fixed. The beach rental company had no clue what they were doing.

Wonderful Family Stay!

Absolutely loved our stay at Seascape! I loved the proximity to the beach with private beach access. I also like that Seascape had a pool, hot tub, and kiddie pool if you didn’t feel like dealing with the sandy mess of the beach. The condo was the perfect size for our family of four. I love all of the amenities included in the condo. My only complaint as far as discrepancy of description (according to photos) is that it appeared that it would accommodate 6 with a couple of hallway bunk beds. While it would still accommodate 6 people with the fold out sofa bed, I was hoping for the bunk beds for my toddler. I didn’t want to have to mess with folding out and putting away the sofa daily for our toddler. So, she just “bunked” with us during the stay. Other than that, it was fantastic! The view of the beach every morning and evening was just beautiful! Thank you for an enjoyable stay! When we come back to Galveston, we will definitely be looking at Seascape as our home away from home.

Nice and clean but needs attention

Easily rented. Comfortable, needs a bit of attention. Ragged rug on patio needs removal. Need instructions on washer/dryer. We never got it to work

Excellent Property

1301 was a very nice location, the condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Beds were super comfy and the over all property - parking, etc. was well maintained and safe. The only thing I wish were available were instructions for the washer/dryer combo, that took a bit of You Tubing to figure out. 10/10 would stay here again!
