This cool suite boasts a comfy Queen memory foam bed with a soft topper, kitchenette with a large sink and full sized fridge. Full bathroom, rain showerhead and backlit mirror. Mini-split air keeps you cool or warm.The lined thermal blinds close for complete privacy.
Must be willing to stay regardless of rain drops on the tin roof, or lightning & torrential rains on a tin roof in a room that's 1/2 glass. Many guests return just for this experience!

I vacationed here on the beach about 25 years ago with my family and fell in love with the warm water, white sand, the Gulf, and intracoastal waterway. Today, I prefer the most beautiful residential area of Gulf Breeze which is the perfect peninsula situated between Pensacola Beach and Downtown Pensacola. The peninsula has so many conveniences such as large grocery stores, a great hospital, Andrew's Institute for sports injuries, and lots of restaurants including Chick-fil-a, McDonald's, Walmart Market, Santino's, Rotollo's, Starbucks, First Watch, Panera, & Waffle House. It's also a great area for a long walk, jog, or bike ride with many parks and tree-lined streets, even a new jogging path around Fairpoint & Shoreline Drives. Today, my boyfriend Gary and I welcome you to come stay and enjoy a private suite.

This is the perfect location to enjoy the quaint and unique downtown nightlife in Pensacola as well as the soft sandy shores of Pensacola Beach. It's a short drive to the beach or downtown since we're right in the middle!
