Centrally located condo in Pensacola. A short drive to Pensacola Christian College and major hospitals. Publix grocery is near by and so is the mall. The navy base is approximately 15 minutes away depending upon traffic. The beach is approximately 20 minutes away. Downtown town is about 10 minutes via I110 where many unique shops, bars and restaurants can be found for a night out. I'm always available by phone or text if you need any recommendations before or during your stay. Cameras at front door and patio door.

Great place to stay

I had to evacuate for a hurricane and Louis was generous enough to allow me to book last minute and bring my dogs (which he didn’t have to since the booking said no pets) The bed was extremely comfortable, kitchen was stocked with everything you need for a stay. Overall, it was a great stay, if I ever need to head to pensacola I will definitely stay there again. Thank you agai!

Convenient location.

Good central location in Pensacola, can easily reach Johnson's beach, NAS, Pensacola Beach and even FWB/Destin. Quiet neighborhood. Great value.

Quiet place, dog friendly

We stayed 2 nights here and enjoyed our time. The host had shampoo/ conditioner/ and staple food items as well as extra pillows, sheets, and even a beach umbrella. It’s dog friendly and we were able to bring our 50 lb dog after communicating with the host.

1st time stay with VRBO

The condo was exactly as protrayed. It is a great place to vacation at. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Very safe place.

This was an extremely relaxing rental. The neighborhood was safe and friendly. We very much enjoyed our stay and would go by back again. Recommended highly!

Beach trip

The home was about 25-30 from the beach but nice commute. The home was nice and well stocked . The beds were comfy with memory foam mattresses in both bedrooms . Plenty of towels and wash clothes. Washer and dryer was nice to keep up with our laundry washing . I would definitely stay here again if in the area . Check in was easy and even got to check in early since we got into town earlier than expected. Owner was very quick to respond to any messages .

Older Buildings

Clean, communication was great. There were 4 ladies and we were a little nervous about the neighborhood. It was a little run down. I would not have been comfortable going in/out after dark. The owner was very nice and there was nothing wrong with the actual interior. It’s an older apartment complex in a kind of sketchy area.

Would recommend

Clean, fully stocked + Washer Dryer, & dishwasher. About 30 min from beach. FYI beach umbrella in closet. Didn’t realize until day I left 😆 Good communication with owner. Outside the complex wasn't the nicest area but had no issues and townhome was safe and secure. Would recommend & stay at again.

Beach vacation

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Easy process checking in and out. Close to everything, and beaches are only 20 minutes away. Great price too! Would definitely like to stay again in the future. Thanks 😊

Uber drivers all were sent to the single level apts next door. Maps were wrong. Street noise was noticeable, but apt was sound proof, could not hear upstairs resident. Very clean, well stocked kitchen. Owner was very responsive and eager to help. Enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend!

Unpleasant smell and poor maintenance

Our arrival was a shocker. The unit is in a low end complex just off a very busy 4 lane street. To exit the complex turning left was dangerous. Upon entering the unit we were literally knocked over with the odor of unclean bodies. The unit had not been cleaned. We mopped the floors twice to reduce the odor and cleaned. There were clumps of hair along the baseboards. We had to cover the sofa to avoid the odor. The owner apologized for the unclean condition and said the sofa odor wasn’t unexpected since he allowed pets, really no effort to fix that? We discovered The microwave above the stove was unplugged, broken? There was a small countertop microwave to use. Pots and pans were old awful. Kitchen chairs were loose and about to collapse. The owner quickly replaced them with spray painted salvaged chairs and table. The mattresses were old tired and saggy. Back breaking. So, this isn’t a vacation unit, but a dirty poorly maintained apartment. We stayed longer than we wanted because we were meeting family and friends, but left when they left, a week early.

GREAT STAY

Everything was great! Super clean, no bugs, stains or dirt. Lots of extra towels and perfect cooking set up with all utensils. Quiet at night for sleeping and a quick and easy ride to the Race Track where we spent most of our vacation for the Snowball Derby! BEST FEATURE, the property manager when messaged, was next to an immediate response! Only item that was missing was a cocktail table on the patio, which we were informed immediately that the people stayed prior to us broke.

It was great having a kitchen, washer/dryer, along with a separate master suite. The extra bathroom/shower was a big help as well.

Disappointed

The location was further from the beach than mentioned, and it’s not in a good neighborhood either. There were roaches in the living room and kitchen in the sink, plus two hornet nests on the patio. Also witnessed crackheads getting it on, on an abandoned couch at the dumpster by our room. There were pants left from a previous guest under the mattress, so you know they don’t wash the sheets. Hardly ANY towels and they want you to run the dishwasher, but only gives 2 pods for a weeks stay. Do not recommend.
