Adorable historic home refurbished to maintain quaintness of yesteryear, but also with modern appointments. Neighborhood was quiet which made morning coffee in the garden area very calming. Owner was fantastic with timely communication and very accommodating.

The little red house is a great place to stay!! We came here and stayed 5 nights for our 1st anniversary trip and really enjoyed our stay!Everything was very clean and comfortable! The pictures I posted where pictures that I took when we got there I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking to stay in Pensacola!

Little red cottage

Outstanding accommodations and very convenient to all major attractions. The house is very charming with many nice little features such as a small library, games, beach chairs and umbrella.

Lived little red house!

It was perfect location, was just as it looked online! Everything was clean and smelled clean! Cute little courtyard, kitchen well stocked and bathroom was very accommodating! Would definitely stay here again! Lovely stay for our granddaughter’s wedding! Thanks so much!

Very Nice!

This VRBO is a great place for a couple to stay while visiting Pensacola. It was very clean and comfortable and stocked with niceties like food treats and things you might have forgotten (like suntan lotion).

Memorial Weekend 2025

This is such a quaint little house and neighborhood.This is my second stay here and it was just as nice and clean as the first time. The owners take pride in keeping it clean and well stocked with everything you may need for your stay. If your looking for a place to stay in Pensacola, I recommend (THE LITTLE RED HOUSE)I look forward to staying here again.

Great stay!

We had a great time at this spot. Check in was easy and the place was spotless. Great location as well for everything you’d want in Pensacola. When we come back, we are definitely using the Little Red House again.

Weekend to relax

The Little Red house is wonderful! The perfect place for a relaxing long weekend. Quiet neighborhood but still convenient to the Saturday Market and places to dine. Very comfortable and clean. Nice amenities. Cute patio area. The hostess was prompt to respond to questions. Would definitely stay here again!!

Comfortable and Convenient

The Little Red House was perfect for our stay. The house was comfortable and convenient to the historic downtown of Pensacola. The neighborhood was very walkable, clean and safe. The outside space was private and comfortable.

Excellent Location

I use this location every year, and every year it’s great. Checkin and checkout is super easy. The welcome snacks and water are always pleasant. Super comfortable bed.

Great place for a single/couple

Cute lill place with an amazing bed and location. Walking distance to the downtown area and quiet neighborhood. No issues with neighbors. The back patio is beautiful and a perfect place to have morning coffee, lill noon tan, or dinner bbq. Would stay here again

I came to Pensacola for a beach party in 1977 and loved it. I moved to Pensacola after college and purchased this property in 1981. I became involved in preservation in this neighborhood, and it was later designated as Old East Hill, a preservation district.

I love the historic buildings in Pensacola and the history.
The first time I saw this property, I was job hunting after college in 1979. I thought it looked like the land that time forgot, it was original and very unique. A year later, my future husband told me he had a great property that he wanted me to see.. This corner was the property.
