Welcome to this fantastic beach home in the Villages of Seabrook. This home is nestled amongst the famous Crepe Myrtles and Live Oak trees dripping with moss. Watch the deer saunter through the yard nibbling away. Get out your binoculars and be amazed at the different birds making their home on our beautiful island. Walk on over to the Equestrian Center and watch the horses train. Take the path from your backyard to the Lake House: home to our fitness center, indoor pool, outdoor pool and play area. An easy walk to the Racquet Center. This four bedroom three and a half bath, pet friendly home is waiting to help make vacation memories for you!

Stairs lead up to the large front porch - the perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee. You enter the home into the great room. A wonderful gathering spot for the family. Watch shows on the 55' Smart TV with Bose speaker. Open the two sets of door walls and let the southern breezes blow through. The open dining room kitchen area features granite countertops, subway tile. Dine at the large farmhouse table with seating for 8. Share family meals and relive the days events. Pull up one of the two island stools and watch all the evening meal prep. Grab a glass of wine and chat on the window seat. The kitchen has French doors leading out to the screen porch with its table for four. Off the screen porch is the back deck. Flip burgers on the back deck at the gas grill. The powder bath and laundry room are also on the first floor.

The first floor guest bedroom has a king bed and a private en-suite bath, with a tub/shower combo. Head upstairs to three more bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed and Smart TV. Between the bedroom are and bath is a vanity dressing area. The master bath has a sunken tub, oversized tile shower with multiple shower heads. A second and third bedroom share the second floor hall bath with a tub/shower combo. Guest bedroom two has a queen bed, work desk and large TV. Guest bedroom three has a queen bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and all bathrooms have hair dryers.

This great home is situated in the Villages of Seabrook neighborhood pool and the Lake House, Seabrook Island's Property Owners facility. The Lake House has an outdoor pool (no fees) with a zero entry end and gentle water sprays making it great for little ones. If the weather is iffy, you might want to use the indoor pool or fitness center (fees apply). The Villages of Seabrook also has its own neighborhood pool for its owners and their guests. Situated on Palmetto Lake under the shade of Live Oak trees, this is a lovely retreat. The Club, Beach Club pools, Pelican's Nest and Island House dining, and golf are approximately 3.5 miles from the house. There is beach access all along Seabrook Island Road from the Club with the closest being about 2.5 miles from this lovely home.

**As of January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 4
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

This property includes access to the Club amenities - oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities. These cards also allow access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool - no fees; indoor pool/fitness center - fees apply).

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
