Beautiful views and on the beach

We loved this condo. Everything was very clean and convenient to restaurants, stores, etc. Had great views of the ocean and river. This was a wonderful stay.

Peck Plaza Stay

The condo was very nice. Had elevator issues. Only one elevator so waiting for it to arrive sometimes took very long. Wednesday night the elevator was stuck on 14th floor could hear people asking for help. Police arrived to reset, and 30 minutes later finally got to go to our condo. Was a little hesitant after that to ride but had no choice.

Daytona 24 stay

We stayed for the better part of a week to attend the Rolex 24 Hours at Daytona. The property was very nice. Amazing views, outstanding amenities and a clean, comfortable unit on a high floor to take advantage of the great views of the ocean and intercostal waterway. We ate at the restaurant at the top of the building and it as very good as well. Overall, we had a great stay.

Family stay in Peck Plaza on 26th floor

Our stay at the Peck Plaza on the 26th floor was wonderful! Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo unit suited our family well. The views were amazing, of both the beach/ocean and the Halifax River. Plus, the amenities of the common family area for get togethers, the basketball court, and tennis & pickle ball courts as well. We will definitely consider this for one of our next vacation trips.

Best vacation ever

It is gorgeous. Very clean. The only thing I would recommend is having two key fobs per family member. And try to do something different with the carts and the elevator. Other than that it was worth the price for the week my family stayed.

Best View in all of the Daytona Beach Area.

We came for an anniversary getaway and have always wanted to stay at Peck Plaza, so rented this unit for a really long weekend. Our Host Sam met us and showed us around the place (nice touch!) when we arrived and we soon made ourselves to home. The Best about the place? Location, Location, Location, and the VIEWS!! Our unit faces Southwest and our views included the Ocean to the left, right down A1A and all the hotels, condos, and private homes straight out, and a wonderful view of the Halifax River and all it's beauty on the right. The OK about the place? Only one of the elevators was working (been that way for awhile according to the manager). The reserved parking spot for this unit is tiny and in between two columns, so maybe don't rent a large car when visiting here. The furnishings (towels, kitchen glassware, kitchen utensils) were a bit sparse compared to several places we've stayed. Overall? We had a blast. Thanks!

Peck plaza 26SW

Nothing was mentioned in listing of the name of property…only address…no communication from owner until 2 hours before the earliest arrival time..was given only one key to condo!!! Condo was very nice…views were amazing!! Plenty of room…very well protected property..needed key fob to get in and out of the building…parking was underground…if you have a tall suv be careful on 6’ clearance!

Condo was not what I expected but enjoyed the beach

The property and its amenities and location was great. The unit was not clean upon check in mildew and dirt all around shower door, floors had not been swept or mopped and dirty QTips were left on shelves in master bathroom. The only had 4 towels for each bathroom and only sheets for pull out couch, no blanket or pillows. Kitchen did not have many cooking pans, pots and no baking sheets or dishes. This condo was not fully stocked as it says in the listing

Divan avec odeur désagréable d humidité , pas de parasol et chaise disponible ,pas de commodité de base:manque d’ustensiles , plat, sel poivre , huile , linge à vaisellepapier de toilette suffisant pour le nombre de jours réservé , savon à vaisselle adéquat et puck pour le lave vaisselle .

Wonderful!

The unit was amazing, especially with the view! From the balcony we could see the ocean AND the river, which we enjoyed. It was clean and had everything that we needed. The building had very nice indoor recreation areas that we could use such as a ping pong with a little library as well as a billiards room. The pool deck was always clean and we never had a problem getting chairs or a table. The outdoor recreation areas were nice too with the basketball and tennis courts, Cornhole, etc.... They even had an outdoor gas grill as well as a separate Smoker in case you would like to grill outside. The beach was right off of the outdoor recreation areas. The property manager was EXCELLENT! Anytime that I had a question or had a request, he responded within a few minutes and was always available if we needed anything. This was my first time using a site like VRBO, so I was a little hesitant at first as to how it all works as far as checkin, etc....But I didn't have to worry, since we had such an attentive and very kind property manager. This was a VERY NICE experience!
