Nice condo but…

This condo was in a great location, easy access in and out. Our main issue is that the washer was not working and despite multiple calls it was never resolved. With a family of 5 we pack lighter knowing we will have laundry facilities, however that ended up not being the case. We never heard back from the condo owner about replacing or repairing the unit and no compensation was offered for not having laundry facilities. I’m disappointed in the lack of communication.

Great Condo

Condo was clean, easy access to beach, 2nd floor makes access easy to ground floor and 3rd floor connector so you don’t have to wait on elevators, although elevators are very fast and move folks through pretty quickly.

Some positives, some negatives

Best aspect to this condo is that's it's located in the second floor which allowed us to avoid the elevators. Lengthy wait times for the elevator. Utilizing the stairs was very nice! Although I didn't follow proper instruction with the check in process, when reaching out to VRBO via email, answers to my questions were extremely vague. Almost as if AI was responding. After a phone call we learned where we went wrong during the checking process. Main reason we booked this property was for the sauna. listing shows the amenities including a sauna. However, there is no sauna in the property! This was a major dissapoitment for my wife and I. The beds/mattress are very loud! Any movement creates noises making it difficult to stay asleep. Poor odor from garbage room when entering the beach access!
