FLOOR PLAN
⭐ FIRST FLOOR - This level includes the main living room, kitchen, dining room, a full and half bath, laundry room (with an extra fridge), and 2 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 – King bed with a walkout patio to the pool and canal view.
Bedroom 2 – 2 Queen beds.
Bathroom – Shared hall bath with tub/shower combo.
Half Bath – Accessible from the pool and deck area.
⭐ SECOND FLOOR - This level features a grand family room with plenty of seating, a wet bar, beverage cooler, smart TV, half bath, a large walkout balcony with canal and pool views, and 4 bedrooms.
Bedroom 3 – Master suite with king bed, walk-out balcony, pool and canal views, double vanity, walk-in shower, soaking garden tub. The closet is not accessible in this room, but a 2-tier garment rack is provided.
Bedroom 4 – Jr. Master suite with king bed, walk-out balcony, pool and canal views, en-suite bath with tub/shower combo and single vanity.
Bedroom 5 – 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, and en-suite bath with tub/shower combo and single vanity.
Bedroom 6 – Bunk room with 3 sets of twin bunks, cozy sitting area, TV, and en-suite bath with double vanity and tub/shower combo.
OUTDOOR SPACE - POOL, SPA, GRILL
⭐ Marlin Haven offers an amazing outdoor space perfect for quality time with loved ones! Enjoy the private inground pool with a spa and waterfall (heated for free from October to April), plenty of lounge seating, tables for outdoor dining or relaxing with a drink, multiple balconies, and an outdoor grill and smoker. BOATS & FISHERMAN
⭐ Enjoy access to the 60-ft lateral seawall dock with a spacious boardwalk, running water, and shore power hookup. No boat? No problem! Explore the many boat rentals at Destin Harbor, gather the family, and head to the popular Crab Island! Please note, the boats shown in the photos are not included in the rental and should not be tampered with. Guests will be responsible for any damages. Enjoy the water and all the fun it has to offer!

Other Things to Note:

GUEST ACCESS
⭐You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owner's Closets). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking. You do not have access to the boats on the lifts or use of the lifts. Boats, trailer, jet skis etc are not allowed in the driveway or for storage.

STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.

Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property offers free Wi-Fi, and the details can be found in the property binder located in the kitchen/living room area or in the digital property guidebook. While we strive to provide a reliable connection, please note that Wi-Fi signal strength may vary, especially during peak season due to high demand in the area. If you require high-speed internet, we recommend bringing a personal hotspot device. Please remember to bring your streaming service passwords and log out when you leave.

PARKING
⭐ Our home's driveway offers free parking for up to 6 vehicles. To ensure a smooth stay and avoid any fines, please note that boats, trailers, jet skis, and RVs are not permitted in the driveway at any time, as per HOA guidelines. These must be parked offsite. For offsite parking options, feel free to contact our office. Additionally, the HOA does not allow rental golf carts or scooters on the property.

BEACH ACCESS
⭐ The private, gated beach access is just a quick 4-minute walk (0.4 miles away)! We'll provide you with 2 Key Cards for easy entry to the beach. Please note, there is no beach service provided at this access.

BEACH GEAR
⭐ Beach gear is available at the home for your enjoyment! You'll typically find beach toys, a beach wagon, and 4 adult bikes with locks, but please note we can't guarantee specific items upon arrival.

SECURITY
⭐ In an effort to protect the security of both our Homeowner and Guests, there are surveillance cameras located on the back side of the home. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.

PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.

BOOKING
⭐You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.

EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.

KITCHEN
⭐Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.

SMOKING
⭐NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.

REFUNDS
⭐Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.

Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!

Paradise!!!

This home is fabulous and just as described. Great location, convenient to everything. We will definitely be back. A smoke detector battery started chirping during the night. We placed a call to the 24/7 number and the detector was repaired by 9:00am.

Amazing Time with 14 Friends to Last a Life Time

You cannot go wrong renting this place. It’s perfect absolutely amazing bigger than it looks and perfect right on the water. It will be the place that you’ll be able to create memories to last the rest of your life.

Old Man Golf Group

Great property with a perfect location close to golf courses. Spacious with lots of beds and bathrooms for us old men. Great parking capacity. Nice pool and plenty of outdoor spaces for gathering. We have been going on this golf trip to Destin with same 8 guys for 41 years and this is best place we have found. Rental staff was very professional and extremely helpful. Will do it again next year.

Perfect family getaway!

Absolutely beautiful house in a great location. Especially if you bring your own boat like we did. We kept the boat in the water directly behind the house near the pool and spa and went out exploring, fishing and dining everyday of our trip. Beach is an easy walk from the house, but we only went one afternoon because we had so much fun hanging at crab island and other beaches by boat.

Shannon and I moved from St. Louis, MO to Destin, FL in the Summer of 2011. I have over 15 years in the Property Management field including Vacation Rentals, Multi-Family, and Senior Living. I am also a Realtor with The Beach Group Properties. Shannon is our “go to guy” and always goes above and beyond. He handles the majority of operations which includes Inspecting and Scheduling Turns, Owners Statements, Accounting, and helps to oversee our Housekeeping Department. You will find that we are passionate and very hands on. Not only are we available to our Homeowner's at all times, we are also available to our guest.

God has blessed us with our two children, Riley (16 y/o) and Jax (6 y/o). Our hearts and home are also filled with our fur babies! We support our local animal shelters and rescues. We are thankful for our cat (Mariposa) and our dogs (Rocky and Jubilee). We look forward to our Friday night movies at home with our children, fishing (although we aren't any good at it – haha), church, and of course, Sunday football. We are very family oriented and find that most of our homeowners become like family to us.

In the Spring of 2016, we expanded our business by hiring Debbie. She is my amazing mom! When it came time to hire someone, it only made sense to bring her on board! You honestly can't find a more caring, loyal and trustworthy person! Debbie handles all of our reservations and during the summer months, she helps with our inspections. If you ever want to hear a friendly voice and just be uplifted, give her a call!

We can't forget about the rest of our team! EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. on our team is important to our success. Our goal is to hire folks with passion, enthusiasm and a motivation to win! We want them to know that no detail is too small, and a happy guest is a repeat guest! There is nothing more rewarding than to receive a complement about how genuine and hard working we are! Small gestures go a long way in this business! We love to WOW!
