Our beach home is located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood called Dolphin Cove. It is very central to many shops and restaurants in the area. As well as 1.5 miles from the beach. Target and Publix are 2 miles away. Winn Dixie is 1 mile away. Whole Foods is 3 miles away. There are tons of restaurants in the shopping areas by all of the above grocery stores. A couple of our favorites - Anejo and Another Broken Egg Cafe.

Whether you're starting your morning with a quiet swim, soaking in the hottub under the stars, just lounging poolside — this space was made for making memories. Just outside the lanai, unwind around the smokeless fire pit with seating for six — perfect for evening conversations, s'mores, and stargazing.
The fully fenced yard also means your kids and pets can roam freely and safely, giving everyone peace of mind while you relax.

The home features three spacious bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and an upstairs loft, comfortably sleeping multiple families. Two of bedrooms feature king beds - perfect for couples of anyone who loves a little extra room.

- The Kitchen & Dining -
The well-appointed kitchen features all stainless steel appliances and fully stocked cabinets — cookware, dinnerware, utensils, a blender, rice maker, and more. All you need to bring is the food! Seat up to eight at the large dining table, plus two at the bar.

- Living Room -
Relax in the living room with a 55" Roku TV and high-speed Wi-Fi — though once you've seen the backyard, you may never want to come inside.

- Game Room & Fitness -
The huge game room has something for everyone: Fast & Furious Arcade, Shuffleboard, Air Hockey, Foosball, and Bag Toss. There's also a dedicated fitness corner with dumbbells, yoga mats, and additional gym equipment.

- Beach Ready -
Everything you need for the perfect beach day is already here — beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, and beach towels all provided.

- Family & Baby Friendly -
Traveling with little ones? We've got you covered with a pack-and-play, changing table, high chair, baby bath, baby monitor, plastic plates, sippy cups, a kids' toy bin, and children's books. Need more? Rent cribs, car seats, strollers, and toys through BabyQuip.

- Pet Friendly -
Bring the whole family — fur babies included! The fully fenced backyard gives pets plenty of room to run. An additional fee of $75 per pet applies. Despite thorough cleaning, we cannot guarantee the property will be entirely free of pet hair.

Located in Ponte Vedra Beach — home of the PGA Tour, The Players Championship at TPC Sawgrass, and the ATP Tour. Just minutes from fine dining, nightlife, and golf. Only 30 minutes to historic St. Augustine and 35 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport.

Enjoy the beaches, golf, fishing, boating, wildlife spotting, and easy access to the shopping and dining of both Jacksonville and St. Augustine.

- Pool & Hot Tub Heating -
Pool and hot tub heating is available for $75/night (both run on the same heater). Please request heating at least 2 days before check-in. Stays over 7 nights — message us for discounted pricing.

The best way to get around the area is by car or walking to some of the closer places such as Anejo or walking to the beach via Solana Rd.

At this time, we are not accepting reservations from local guests. Please reach out for approval if requesting to book as a local guest with the reason for your visit.

Pets – Fee is $75 per pet. Please reach out if bringing more than 1 pet. 2 pet maximum. No cats.

This is a pet friendly rental, despite the efforts of the cleaners, we can not guarantee no remnants of dog hair will be found in the property.

Please note, we require a signed contract and identification on file before the booking is finalized to meet local licensing requirements. Must be 25 or older to book.

We have security cameras at the front and back entrances for the safety of our guests and our property. We also have a security camera on the locked pool equipment area to ensure that everything is running correctly. This area is off limits to the guests. All cameras are triggered by motion detection and record video and sound.
