Pool Paradise, Covered Patio & Game Room!

This 4/3/2 home JUST finished a FULL renovation and is perfect for a group of up to 10 with a saltwater pool, covered patio with fans and lighting, pool table, dedicated workspace, and EVERYTHING IS NEW!

We created a space that showcases our personal style - cozy but trendy - a place to relax, but also to entertain. All rooms have memory foam mattresses and pillows, plus the kitchen is fully stocked!

You will have a saltwater pool just outside - the saltwater keeps your eyes from burning and you won’t smell like chlorine when you get out! The space is sunny from 11am - 3pm but completely shaded starting at 4pm. The shallow end is 3ft and deep end is 8ft but there’s plenty of sitting spots around the pool along the edge. Please do not climb or jump off the rocks.

We have pool noodles and kids floats but please hang them to dry when you’re done.

Gas grill outside so no cleaning up charcoal. Please do not bring the grill under the patio.

Ping pong table in garage!

You will have a Sonos speaker in the kitchen. All you need to do is download the Sonos app and you can play your favorite jams. You’re welcome to move it to the patio but keep it plugged in under the patio to keep it away from the pool and weather elements.

Please bring the speaker back inside when you’re done outside for the day so it does not get damaged. We ask that you be respectful of our neighbors and keep the volume to a comfortable range..

Two-car garage, but space available for only one car. Other side of garage has a ping pong table!

Limit to 5 cars. Driveway is large and can fit all 5 vehicles.

Guests will have access to entire home with the exception of a small spare closet for storage.

We live in the area and always a text or phone call away!

Quick access to I10 and Beltway 8 makes it conveniently located near:
Memorial City, Hermann Hospital, & City Center 4min
Galleria 12min
Downtown Houston 17min
Bush & Hobby Airports 27min

Perfect place for travel baseball

Great place to stay. 2 families. 2 boys played tournament baseball. 7 people total. Space for everyone to be together and have privacy. The boys loved the game room! We enjoyed the pool after a hot day at the ball park. Great kitchen and laundry room. Comfortable and clean. Quiet, safe, culturally eclectic area. Convenient to grocery, shopping, and restaurants.

Spring Branch West

Everything with the home and pool was top-notch and the host was very responsive to any questions. We really had a wonderful time and the pool was great. There was plenty of room for everyone with four bedrooms, and the kitchen is perfect for entertaining. We would definitely stay again.

Outstanding Stay

This house was lovely, and Justin was very communicative! The back patio was perfect for enjoying the cooler fall weather, and the house was one of the cleanest I've stayed in. We had a couple over for dinner and had everything we needed to make a quick dinner; it was so great to feel at home away from home. 10/10; we hope to stay again next time we are in the area, I can't recommend this rental enough.

Great stay and wonderful place

My family came down to spend a few days to get away and enjoy Houstons food and activities. First we were skeptical when driving up however it was the bad weather previously. Once we were in we absolutely enjoyed the place. Great upgrades and wonderful backyard. EXTREMELY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE! We enjoyed so much we extended 2 extra nights! The owner is absolutely accommodating and very much interested in helping with anything you need. Centrally located and east access to I10. We will be using this as our "go to" when going to Houston.

Nice stay, but could do better for the spend

Nice property. The pool and patio were clean and nice. Rooms were nice and beds comfy. Pool table was nice. Location was central and hence easy to get to places. On the slow side, water flow in the showers was too low to be useful. Host didn't agree with us. Women in the family were unhappy. Also piano doesn't work. Host didn't agree. All TVs are use-your-own-subscription mode.
