If you need anything or have questions, please feel free to message us anytime. For the fastest response, we’re usually available between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM and can respond right away during those hours.

If you reach out later in the evening or overnight, we’ll still do our best to reply as soon as possible. Since this is a short-term rental and we do not offer a 24-hour front desk, there may be times late at night when we’re not immediately available, but we will always get back to you as soon as we can.

These buses typically run every 15–30 minutes depending on the route and time of day. Please check METRO website for times and schedules.

General House Rules:
Parties & Gatherings: To keep our House peaceful for all guests and neighbors, we don’t allow parties or unauthorized gatherings.
If this rule is broken, there will be a $500 penalty, and the reservation will be canceled immediately without a refund.

-No Smoking or vaping: Our home is smoke-free! Please respect this rule, as smoking indoors will result in a $500 cleaning fee.

-Third-Party Bookings: For security reasons, we only allow bookings made by the guest staying at our home. Please verify your ID and contact number before check-in.

Guests:
- Guest Limit: The number of guests on the reservation should include everyone, even if they are not staying overnight. Please inform us if additional visitors will be present. If unlisted guests are found on the property via security cameras, the reservation may be canceled immediately without a refund, and all guests will be asked to leave.

Pets:
Pet Policy:
We love pets but kindly ask that you let us know in advance if you’re bringing one. Please disclose your pet’s breed for approval. Pets should not be allowed on furniture and should stay in a kennel when left unattended. There is an extra $500 cleaning fee if this rule is not followed.
Please leash your pet when walking them out of the unit, clean up after your pets, and they should always be accompanied by you.

Comfort:
Thermostat: For energy efficiency and comfort, please keep the thermostat between 70-75°F.
Failure to maintain this range may result in a $50 penalty.

Safety & Legal:
Illegal Substances:
We have a zero-tolerance policy for illegal drugs. If any illegal activity is suspected, the authorities will be contacted, and the reservation will be canceled without a refund.
- **Transitional Guest Policy:** You are a short-term guest without tenant rights. Please respect our check-out time. If you fail to check out on time, it will be considered trespassing, and authorities may be contacted without the need for an eviction process.

Pool Rules & Regulations
Pool Hours: 8 AM – 10 PM - Pool will be closed during cleaning and maintenance.
Supervision: Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
No Diving: The pool is shallow; no diving or jumping.
Food & Drinks: No glass containers in the pool area; please use plastic or cans.
Pets: Pets are not allowed in the pool.
Safety: Use the pool at your own risk. Follow all posted safety instructions.
Noise: Keep noise at a reasonable level to respect neighbors.
Cleanliness: Please shower before entering and remove all sunscreen/lotion residues when possible.
Violation of pool rules may result in loss of pool privileges or additional fees.

Parking Instructions:
Each unit includes one designated parking space in our lot.
Do not park in unauthorized spaces to avoid towing.
