Vacation Townhouse at the base of Snow Summit Ski Resort!

This Two Bedroom Deluxe Townhouse is literally steps away from Snow Summit ski resort. Staying here allows you to take your time getting ready and simply walk out your front door to the nearest chair lift. Dishes and utensils are provided, and the full kitchen is equipped to prepare a gourmet meal as you would in your own home complete with oven, range, refrigerator, and microwave.
Relax in a living room complete with a fireplace and flat screen TV with cable. Keep warm with central heating throughout the Townhouse while you enjoy free wireless internet. Upstairs you’ll find a master bedroom with private bath and queen bed. Our second bedroom has a twin bunk bed and double/twin bunk bed with a secondary bathroom located across the hall.
Escape For All Seasons is conveniently located so that you can enjoy all mountain activities with very little, if any, driving required. We are only moments to the lake and minutes to the center of town. The National Forest with hiking and bike trails are directly adjacent to the complex. Come stay with us and enjoy everything that Big Bear has to offer!

- Check-in at Escape Unit #19 rental office (open 9am to 5pm). After hours check-ins, call night manager at the phone number on the office door.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great clean place.

The location is the best you can ask for when going to Snow Summit. The place is clean and the check in process super easy.

Lack of communication

When I made reservations, prop manager was very responsive,. Once we were getting close to the location, I reached out to the property manager with regards to password or keys to get into the location. Since it was the day of thanksgiving, I did not get a response for almost four hours. I got a hold of VRBO to assist with issue, however, they also were unable to get a hold of manager. As cold as it was, we sat I. Our car with all food to cook for thanksgiving. Once VRBO got a hold of manager- they were able to assist. Unfortunately. We missed thanksgiving dinner. Once I went to the office to pick up keys they informed me that they had sent me the information needed to get into the location and proceeded being rude to me. I tried to make the best of my last few days for my family. This is the first time I have experienced poor service from VRBO as well ass the property manager. I. Addition to the situation, even though the place was very clean, the walls were very thin as you were woken up at 2 am by the couple next door to us and again woken up at 7 am by their children crying. I don’t think I will use this location for future getaways.
