Great Cabin

Great cabin and great location. we really enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to the zoo is a nice plus. The only curveball is some of the buttons on the arcade machine didn't work and all the darts for the dart board were broken so we weren't able to use those like my kids were looking forward to. My suggestion would be remove those from the listing or just fix them up so people aren't disappointed in the future. There was a bag of trash by the front door not sure if that was from the cleaning crew or previous renters but we took it to the dump. All in all a great time. We enjoyed our stay up in beautiful big bear thank you.

I just suggest you check that the cleaning crew removes all the cobwebs, especially from the bathroom windows, as there were spiders in the upstairs bathtub and the window is covered in cobwebs. Everything else was perfect. Thank you for your service.

Decent place

Home is great, no complaints with the home. Couple things to note… pretty considerate ant problem throughout the whole house. Got ant traps at the market and it was fine. Would find them crawling on me a couple times a day. Didn't really bother me but not ideal. Also the backyard is not completely fenced. Considerately large un-fenced areas. Would stay here again for sure

Quiet and location

Recently stayed at this property. Is close to the ski resorts, and the property is really quiet, we enjoy our time there, however, see the fine print, about you taking out the trash to the public nearest garbage. Check the fine print before checking out.

The cabin was nice, would have like the whole yard enclosed for the dog.

The cabin is on a very busy street and it was very loud and people drive to fast. Next time we will not stay on a busy street.

Relaxing Retreat

We enjoyed our time in the mountains while staying in this cozy cabin. We especially liked that we could walk to the zoo and walk to catch the shuttle to Bear Mountain.

first ski weekend

my brother and i met for a ski weekend with our kids- had a super fun time. lodge is walking distance from the ski shuttle. checkin and check out were super simple. cool cabins are VERY responsive to messaging. very cozy home, kids had a great time with the game room. a bit pricey, but understandable given the holiday weekend and location.

perfect location

It's walkable to the zoo, Bear Mt. Resort and shuttle to Summit. The property has everything you need except for dish washer. It was a nice surprise to find plenty of entertainment for kids from Pacman to board games. The only problem we had was not being able to finding the light switch for the kitchen, it was completely hidden behind the coffee maker, in which the maintenance people were nice enough to point it out.

Everything was as expected. Nice place, cozy and comfortable. Only observation is that we never received a confirmation email saying we needed to check in at a different address from the one listed on the property.

Very Cozy

The place was in a great location. Very close into town and only 4 minutes from the Snow Summit. The 2 family room spaces were great and the 2 bedrooms upstairs were good size rooms. They provided more than enough blankets. Cable tv on both living spaces. More than likely we will be using them again. Family had a great time!

Terrible season 2018 on my family’s

The cool cabin was lock I call them help me to open they are said will send maintenance guy come out open it . They left my family’s stay out 1/2 hour ( it’s cold out side ) The maintenance guy not show up Try to call agian . The customer service said don’t know how long maintenance guy go to my cabin ..... it’s very shut So after almost a hours I try to open again and lucky it open ( maintenance guy not show up ) That very terrible they are trick customer like that ....

Cozy Home Away from Home

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this cozy cabin. It’s like our Home away From Home. The facilities are excellent. Flat screen TV’s are awesome and having wifi was an added bonus. We will return and highly recommend this cabin

Relaxing stay Bear Mountain Retreat

Bear Mountain Retreat Our 3 nights at Bear Mountain Retreat was very relaxing and enjoyable. Check in was so easy, we were given directions and headed off to the cabin. The cabin was much larger than we needed - we were only two adults and our dog. Two nice size bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen with everything we needed - we actually cooked ALL our meals at the cabin, there is a living room with cable TV and wireless internet that worked great, and central heating. Small dining table for 4 people. There is a downstairs area we didn't even use with a tv, chair, futon, poker table and washer/dryer. The door there leads to the small backyard area. My only complaint with this cabin is the yard is not fully fenced in - it is partially fenced, but with our dog we had to go out with her each time. I do like that is was pet friendly but would not bring the dog back here. I would however stay again in this cabin without my dog... Close to town, shopping and lake

Great service and home feel!

Such a beautiful, cozy cabin! Our arrival at cool cabins was nothing short of special. The girls were so sweet and answered all questions. The home was very well kept and we woke up to the best views. Great choice for a cabin rental and we will definitely be using them again.
