Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Family trip

Great location, nice place for family with younger age kids, pool and gym, large games room. Check in/check out times not flexible (4 pm and 10 am). Apartment a bit on older side but generally in good shape (toilet paper dispenser was broken). Would recommend for families with you kids or a couple. Perfect spot to walk and see the sights.

Seattle convenient location.

This property is halfway between Pike Place and the Space Needle. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The kitchen was great and came supplied with many extras that we did not expect. There was decaf coffee, a box of sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper. I had read a review about not having enough toilet paper but there were six extra rolls. There was a good supply of towels. The private porch area was lovely for sitting outside with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. There was no air conditioning but there were two large fans which provided adequate air circulation for comfort.

We really enjoyed our stay, the unit was really cute and very clean. Wonderful location close to everything downtown. However we were shocked when we found out the unit did not have air condoning. Apparently that was mentioned in the amenities of the unit. Honestly, I felt that that was very much hidden and on purpose. It should be noted upfront and honestly indicated. We were blessed that we had good weather and we could open windows that allow the unit to cool off. But being in Seattle in the month of July, it could’ve easily gone the other direction. So be aware this unit has no air.

As Advertised

It was a quick in-and-out 2-night business trip. The property was as advertised and is nicely located near the market. My one negative observation is that it did not seem properly cleaned. The bedding was not neatly made, the refrigerator had not been emptied, etc. As with many other people, my assumption is that the owner pocketd the cleaning fee and attempted to clean it themselves.

Great location and nice space. There was an open can of soda and an open bag of dog treats in the fridge. There was barely half a roll of toilet paper left. The bathroom seemed like it could have been a little more deep cleaned. The bed skirt was also a little gross. Aside from cleanliness, the space was nice. Great location to walk to everything. The building felt safe and secure. Fastest elevator I’ve ever experienced.

Comfortable, Lovely Condo

This secure, courtyard level condo is very comfortable and decorated nicely. The semi-private courtyard is a beautiful bonus. The location is outstanding. The Managers are very thoughtful and attentive. I deducted 1 star, because the confirmation process includes a tedious amount of virtual documents and agreements to sign, adding 15-20 minutes to the booking process. It is also necessary (secured building) to schedule exchange of keys upon check-in. Everyone I dealt with were super responsive and friendly. PS-if you care about gym and rooftop deck access, there may be statewide Covid-19 restrictions.

Nice condo, not a smooth arrival

This was a nice condo in a great location, where you can walk to the space needle and also to pike market. All the amenities were there, except for a hair dryer. There is no air conditioning and it got quite hot the last day we were there, though there is a shady little patio with a cool breeze and fans were turned on. My biggest problem was all the emails and instructions and requests that were needed a few days before we arrived. Including personal information that was demanded the day before for a “criminal background check.“ It sounded and looked like SPAM. Other than that, a nice stay.

Rent somewhere else

Where to begin? No air conditioning, small cheap Walmart fans that move no air. No ceiling fans. Bathroom sink was clogged the whole time we were there. A back deck was overgrown and dirty. The couch was old and nasty, basically a blanket over cheap cushions. The TV in the picture in the living room is probably closer to 55 or 60 in. The actual TV in the living room is closer to 30 in. The TV on the bedroom is like a 1980s computer monitor. The Shelf in the bathroom is right at face level, you will hit your face on the shelf and hanging rack if you walk in. There are curtains covering the laundry area and the bedroom closet. Old, dirty and too long, dragging on the floor. A few of the cabinet doors, cheap particle wood, coming apart from water invasion. The front door does not close effectively unless you lock the top lock. Getting in and out of the garage is inconvenient to say the least. The shower head is at 5 ft 3 in... just rent somewhere else
Clogged up sink that I text about multiple times. Nothing ever happened. Just received text back saying, thank you, we will forward your complaint to the local team.
