Great location as we were attending a conference and the walk was easy! The place was as described, and was comfy and provided what we needed for our trip! Ricky was a pleasure to deal with. We did not need parking but it was offered to us. The rooftop spot was perfect after a day of conferences. We had great weather so it came in handy! Easy walk to Westlake Station so take the light rail from the airport to save money! Would definitely stay there again if we go back to Seattle!

Our stay was perfect! It was so easy to get here from the eastside. The instructions made everything so simple and convenient. Parking was safe, the location was ideal for our needs. Two block walk to dining and the Paramount. Everything was clean, nice and comfortable. Enjoyed lounging in front of the large screen tv when not traipsing around downtown. Will choose Ricky’s again for all things city center Seattle!

The host was very resposive and resolved the issue regarding the parking lot. The unit was nice it is just a bit old. We just have a hard time to bring all our things up way to 9th floor. But over all i was satisfied with the host.
