This is a spacious, newly completly renovated house, centrally located in a quiet neighborhood.
The property is beautifully decorated with modern furniture, comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen with new appliances, 3 large bedrooms, 2 lovely bathrooms with a bathtub and shower, a large lanai and back yard. The house is equipped with lots of supplies, products , games and books. Max 2 parking spots on the driveway. Three exterior security camera present (front door, front porch and driveway), no interior camera. There is a studio apartment connected to the property but no common areas.
