THE SPACE
Step inside to a wide-open floor plan where the living room, dining area, and kitchen flow together, making it easy to stay connected with family and friends. The cozy living area features a large sectional and a smart TV, perfect for movie nights after the beach. A nearby desk offers a quiet spot for reading or catching up on emails.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to whip up a quick breakfast or a home-cooked dinner, with a central island that doubles as a hangout space. The dining table, with views of the backyard, is great for meals, board games, or trip planning.
Three king bedrooms offer restful nights for everyone, each with its own smart TV and ample storage. Two stylish bathrooms feature rainfall showers, making it easy for everyone to clean up after a day in the sun.
The separate laundry room, with a washer and dryer, keeps towels and swimsuits fresh during longer stays.
A door leads out to the screened-in patio, where you can enjoy bug-free outdoor dining, swing in the hammock, or challenge each other to a game of cornhole or giant Connect Four.
The fully fenced backyard features shell pathways and lush tropical landscaping, ideal for yoga, kids to play freely, birdwatching, or late-night chats under the stars.

We know pets are part of the family! Pets are allowed with prior host approval. The fee is $157.50 per pet, per stay.mMaximum of 2 pets, large breeds limited to one pet, smaller breeds may bring up to 2 pets. Pets must be crated when left alone. No pets allowed on furniture or beds
