We will be back! The house was clean and comfortable and very homey with games and books. We really appreciated all the extras, like water bottles waiting in the fridge and beach chairs and toys available to use in the garage. The pool was great, too.

Stay over Hurricane

Absolutely amazing!

So after Helene and Milton, we sent crews to Fla, we could not find anywhere for them to sleep! This little gem, was available! So I ran to book it! Kim was amazing!!!! I can not thank her enough! The guys slept on their trucks for over 20 days! So this gave them the good nights sleep a wonderful shower, and a place to eat! The place is amazing, and in a great location! I will be forever grateful! Yall book this place! You will love it!!!

Nice Home For Our Stay

We were down for a family visit with others staying in various locations around town. The house well suited our needs for a great place to stay that was convenient to multiple locations and a nice neighborhood. The screened pool was in the fenced back yard and a welcome bonus!

A beautifully quiet place

A very low key area with almost no noice; I loved all the spaces on this property: the backyard, the swimming pool, the kitchen etc; all and all, a fine 4 notes. The owner is a gem of a person and always attentive to our needs there! Thanks Kim.

We had a wonderful time in Sarasota. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. The owner was fantastic and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We would definitely come back.

Great Place to Stay!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this Florida home. It was cute, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with very friendly neighbors! Our family enjoyed our vacation and I would definitely book this home again. Our host was responsive and kind. Overall it was a great experience!

I did hear constant noises in attic area but all in all a great visit! 2nd time back

All in all great time. Just noises in the house a little but Kim is great at attending to all needs. Highly recommend this place! Love the pool

Peaceful, clean

Very worth the stay, very clean, wonderful outside, pool. Owner very helpful and easy to get ahold of. Would definitely recommend staying and would like to stay again . Thank you for everything.

Nicely done older home

We spent two months traveling all over Florida and this was a very nice home. The property manager was amazing how quickly she responded to any questions we had, we would definitely return here. We were here in the winter so the pool was a bit chilly (no heater) but was very nice and I’m sure it would be great a different time of year.

Great stay

This house was just as described, very neat and clean, and had everything we needed. The property manager was excellent as well. Great location near shopping and not too far from the beach. We would definitely stay again!

Close to town and Great House

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean. It was close to everything with just a short drive to downtown or beaches. The pool was awesome and the patio very comfortable for hanging out. The King bed was most comfortable. Very responsive and friendly host who answered when we had questions within minutes. The books and games were a nice extra.

Old Florida with TLC

Well maintained and supplied. Weather temps in the 50’s limited our use of the unheated but very clean pool. We look forward to better pool use on our next visit. Appreciated the children’s life vests and toys for our grandchildren day visits.

Two night stay

We enjoyed some relaxation at this well maintained house. Pool was beautiful (stayed a little cool due to shade) house was very clean and easy to access. Lots of yummy restaurants and a short trip to local beaches. Kim was great at keeping in contact with us.

Really great and amazing place. Even more amazing host. Thank you for sharing and allowing us to share your home with us. My oldest son loved the pool and is missing it already. My youngest fell in loves with a stuff animal and we got to keep it.

Amazing Sarasota home

We had an amazing spring break with the kids at Kim's house. It's beautiful and it has everything you need - down to beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. Very comfy lanai to relax in the shade while the kids enjoy the pool. And it's very close to everything - downtown, St Armand's, Siesta, etc.

Great property and location

This property is easy to get to and near anything you would want to do in Sarasota. It is very well kept and very clean. Thoroughly enjoyed the screened in pool and patio. Spent a great deal of time here. Pool was kept very clean. Very quiet neighborhood. Kim was an excellent host and was always available if you needed anything. Our whole experience here was nothing but wonderful.

Perfect peace

My fiance and I use these little get always for a break from the normal chaos we face daily. This stay was and is by far our favorite and most memorable. We ended up falling asleep cuddled on the couch like we did when we first got together. The house is so welcoming and 'homey"

I'm a well-traveled mom with hospitality in my DNA. Me and my family have owned and worked in the restaurant industry for decades and understand the value of travel, connection and feeling welcome. We are Italian immigrants who moved here from Canada so we understand food first and the need to duck into the sunshine when possible. I'm happy to be as involved with your experience as you like. I can put together an itinerary for you based on your tastes of where to dine, shop and spend a day, but if you prefer to go solo, that's OK. I'm also happy to babysit or entertain the kids. I am fluent in French, Italian and speak a fair amount of Spanish. I've lived in Sarasota for 15 years.
