Bell Estates is a newly built corner lot across the street from the bay with stunning peek-a-boo views of the water from the Master bedroom and front yard. Located in the heart of North Beach in the exclusive Holland Point neighborhood, our home provides a cozy get-a-way for a family looking to escape the hustle and bustle of life. Home is a 5 min walk to Herrington Harbor, Ketch 22, North Beach Boardwalk & more. Enjoy local accessibility to fishing from the boardwalk dock or rent a boat to go crabbing. Bell Estates features some of the highest quality appliances to include stainless steel refrigerator, stove and state of the art hot water heater so a family will never have to worry about showers running cold.

If you would like to bring your fur baby on vacation there is an additional $175 non-refundable fee per pet (maximum of 2 pets). Bell Estates caters to hypoallergenic pets only, 40 lbs or less. Host MUST be notified for all pet requests at time of booking. Failure to make notification prior to your arrival is an agreement to an automatic $500 additional charge. Your pet will have their own sanitized food and water bowls as well as waste disposal bags to use while vacationing and a brand new toy for them to keep!

The main level transports you to the fabulous beach and clear blue waters of Tahiti while each bedroom is themed to reflect the ambience of popular tourist destinations. Each room is equipped with high ceilings, plush newly installed carpet, pillowtop Queen bed, blackout curtains, HD Smart TV and ceiling fans all to cater to your every need and desire. Bell Estates features some of the highest quality appliances to include stainless steel refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer (laundry pods and dryer sheets included with stay), Keurig coffee maker (coffee pods included with stay) and state of the art hot water heater so a family will never have to worry about showers running cold. Each stay with us comes with a continental breakfast, which includes coffee, danish, muffins, and assorted cereal. Located on a corner lot, our home is a short 5 min walk to popular local restaurants, antique shops, farmers market, winery, ice cream shop, Water Park, Casino and the North Beach boardwalk.

Bell Estates offers a beach pass to summer guests upon request at least 24 hours prior to your stay. This pass gives beach entry for up to 5 guests and you will be responsible for keeping the pass safe during your stay. A $520 fee will be assessed to any guest who misplaces the beach pass. To help offset any additional costs, Bell Estates also provides beach towels, beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Please note that there is a $50 per item fee for any lost or damaged items.

Vacationing with kids or are a kid-at-heart? Bell Estates offers a wide variety of games the whole family can enjoy. Super retro game console with two remote controllers connected to the television with over 1700 games to choose from , Ring Toss, Cornhole, mega-sized Tic Tac Toe, glow in the dark lawn darts, mega-sized Jenga, mega-sized Connect Four, Foosball table, and your classic board games like Yahtzee, Uno, Mancala and Checkers.

At time of booking guests can request to have access to a fire pit for an additional fee of $50 for the entirety of your stay (fee covers fire pit rental and safety set up; wood will be included). All guests will have access to Adirondack chairs, LED lit umbrella and Tiki Torches (fuel for torches is an additional fee). Inquire at booking for all additional rentals. The property is also sprayed for insects, including mosquitoes, to ensure your outdoor experience is uninterrupted.

Rules for Fire Pit Use:
1. Never leave the Fire pit alone
2. Please only use Fire Pit in designated area and be sure to put fire completely out utilizing water.
3. Please keep a safe distance away from Fire pit
4. Please Douse the fire with water when done with use
5. Be sure the Fire is completely out before Leaving the Fire pit
6. Please keep children at a safe distance from Fire Pit

NOTE: For your safety, guests must receive permission from owner to use fire pit. Not receiving permission will result in $150 fine. Please only use Fire Pit in designated area and be sure to put fire completely out utilizing water. Failure to follow this rule will result in a $300 fine.

Rules for Tiki Torch Use:
1. Each Tiki Torch is full of fluid. When lighting please keep a safe distance away
2. When done, please place the attached tops onto the flame and ensure that each flame is out prior to leaving the area

NOTE: Failure to follow any of the above rules will result in a minimum $100 fine.

NOTE: There will be a fee of up to $400 charged for smoking inside the residence and/or persistent odor of smoke. In addition, there will be an early check-in fee starting at $100 and late check-out fee starting at $100 added and will accumulate at a rate of $50 for every hour prior to 3:00pm and after 10:00am (after the initial hour) for guests who do not adhere to the 3:00 pm check-in & 10:00am check-out time and do not have at least 24 hours advance approval by the owner. By accepting your booking you agree to pay a mandatory $100 fee per person for any additional guests over 6 guests, with a maximum of 8 guests allowed at any time. Any missing or destroyed towel or linen is subject to an additional $50 fee per item.

Bell Estates is equipped with a ring video doorbell for guest safety.

Please park in the driveway only as there is a two way street at the home. There is a 3 car maximum at the home only. Violation of this rule will be subject to a $100 per vehicle fee.
