Beautiful oceanfront 3BR condo is your home at the beach!

"Joanzin' for the Beach" is a beautifully designed (complete remodel in 2022) family friendly 3 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront condo where the beach and ocean are in your backyard and the views and sounds of the ocean are always there!

Enjoy a gourmet kitchen with everything you need to cook anything you wish. Well designed interior rooms provide maximum comfort and "homeyness!" and Smart TVs allow for browsing provided local TV or accessing your own apps! High speed Wi-Fi 6 internet allows streaming as well as working, and the outdoor storage has beach sand chairs and beach umbrellas along with some other beach items. Charcoal grills are on property for guest use

Located in the very desirable west end of Ocean Isle Beach while still being a short drive from amazing restaurants, shops, and experiences both on- and off-island. Kid friendly, with games to play, beach toys, kid's beach chairs, and a crib and high-chair included in the property. Sorry, no pets.

IMPORTANT NOTES: Linens (sheets and towels) are not included, but there are services on the island that can provide linens for you and have it dropped off! Let us know if you need recommendations. The property does not allow golf carts. There is a Ring doorbell camera on the front door. This is for your protection and ours. It is not monitored during your stay, and is motion-triggered. It sees the door area only. There is an Amazon Alexa speaker in the property. If there's a yellow ring light visible, that means it has a notification for you! Ask it to read the notification - typically these are weather alerts that we have subscribed to for your protection. The device DOES NOT record you or hear you. Please do not disconnect it. If you do, remember to plug it back in before you leave. This is a safety protection for you and your family in the event of bad weather in addition to its paid Amazon Music subscription for your enjoyment.

We only support 6 guests maximum. We have three full beds, but that only works for small children to have 7. Contact us for questions
Please remove shoes to avoid sand and mud on floor. There's a basket at front door for shoes! Rinse off beach items to remove all sand before storing.
Before check-out, please run the dishwasher, remove open food items (non-condiment/shareables), and throw garbage out. Close blinds/reset thermostat

Kitchen had all appliances needed. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. Everything for the beach was in the storage. Beautiful ocean front view and easy access to the beach. Our stay was amazing!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. We usually stay in a different condo complex but ventured out and tried something new and were extremely pleased. Everything was very clean and looked just like the pictures. They went above and beyond with small things like coffee bar, lots of kitchen supplies, condiments in the fridge, access to their beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. It was a very comfortable space for our family and we will definitely be repeat visitors.

The condo was beautifully suited for four of us, 2 couples getting together for a long weekend. It was cozy, very clean, and very nicely decorated. The steps getting to the beach are a little steep, but access is very close. The owner is amazing with communication, answering questions almost immediately and was extremely thorough and helpful. We had a great stay!

The unit was better equipped than any rental I've ever had. Lots of spices, kitchen utensils, foil, baggies, TP, paper towels, etc., etc. etc! The beach equipment was top notch: beach chairs, beach umbrellas and boogie boards. There were even couple of coolers. I was there with my daughter and two granddaughters (10 & 13) and there were many board games available that we played. Great place!

Perfect condo for our family. Everything was as described. Nice area of Ocean Isle Beach. I do wish that there was more lighting in the parking lot. It is very dark walking to the condo at night. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Place for Quiet Vacation

We were trying to find a place that would be similar to the Ocean Isle Winds Resort that in now private. This was perfect and very quiet. Nice accommodations and great having condiments to avoid buying them. Very kid friendly and nice to have a crib and high chair.

Spring break Easter

I forgot to add this in my first review. Owners were responsive to our concerns about the insect problem. They provided a 500 refund. That helped.

Thank you for your review. We’re always responsive to guest concerns, and we did everything possible to address yours promptly—including sending someone to spray the unit ahead of the scheduled monthly service and offering a partial credit, which was above and beyond what was warranted. To clarify for future guests: our condo is a second home, not a bare-bones rental. It’s thoughtfully stocked with high-end furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen (including spices, condiments, and every tool imaginable), and a beach closet filled with chairs, umbrellas, toys, and more. We’ve consistently received only 5-star reviews noting cleanliness and hospitality. As for the “insect problem” mentioned: this is a beachfront property on a barrier island, where occasional sightings of native wood roaches and gnats are not unusual—especially during certain times of year. The unit is professionally treated monthly, and the timing of your stay coincided with the scheduled service. The few insects you encountered were not indicative of a broader issue, and the prior guests (who checked out the same day you arrived) had no complaints. We take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming space and treating our guests with respect. We expect the same in return. While we’re glad you acknowledged our responsiveness, we were disappointed by the tone and nature of your communication, which did not reflect the reality of the experience we work hard to provide.

It has everything you need and more!

This was our second consecutive summer staying at this condo and we did that because this place truly has it all. It’s clean, updated, and has all the accommodations that anyone would need for a stay at the beach. The owner is outstanding to work with and we would definitely highly recommend this property.

We love the beach, the ocean, fishing, cooking, enjoying all things local - restaurants, breweries, shops. We love hosting because we can share a little bit of this paradise with you.

The west end of Ocean Isle Beach is the best neighborhood on the best southeastern North Carolina beach. It's quiet, sparsely populated even in the highest peak of summer, and most properties are well maintained. The island itself is family friendly, and caters to everyone not just summer partiers.

Instead of being a rental-first property, this is our second home. As such, it's designed and decorated to be a comfortable, relaxing second home, with top quality kitchenware, furniture, and amenities that we love when we're there. You won't have inexpensive items, mis-matched "extra" furniture, or low cost flooring.
