The Space
Condo. Pool is directly in front of the unit. Private beach access with pool on the beach.

Recently Renovated!! NEW linens, mattresses, pillows, blankets, and decor are just a few of the newly updated items that await you.

One of the most re-visited complexes in Ocean Isle Beach, Starboard by the Sea features three outdoor pools (one oceanfront), three tennis courts, tidal canoe docks, and grilling areas. Private beach access makes hitting the sand a breeze!

House Rules
- All guests must be 21+ (children with parents are allowed)
- 8 Person Max
- 2 Vehicle Max
- Message us before booking if you have more than 6 people
- No Elevator Access
- No Pets, you will be charged $500 per pet if you bring a pet
- We provide a start of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels. You may need to buy more.
- Do not lean or hang on railings
- No Smoking whatsoever
- No late check-out or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $100 charge per hour.
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
- Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal and coffee are not provided

OIB Family Vacation

Very nice property! My husband, adult son and I spent 4 nights and enjoyed it very much. Check in and out were very easy. Very clean, comfortable and quiet! The beach was a short walk and the pool was just outside our unit! Parking for 2 cars was great too!

Perfect!

As extended family attending a destination wedding on the beach, this was the perfect location. We were 3 blocks away from the wedding venue and were able to easily walk to all the events. This unit was lovely with very comfortable beds. The kitchen was well-equipped for our needs. We highly recommend this condo for your stay in Ocean Isle Beach!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful visit. This condo is perfect. So many accommodations for your stay. The condo is neat and clean. Beautiful views from the front and back deck and very short walk to the beach. Starboard By The Sea property is very well kept. The chairs and beach wagons were a huge plus as well. Property managers checked in via email to make sure we had all we needed. Definitely will return to this condo. Thank you so much for a beautiful place for our family vacation. The Smith Family

Good place to stay

This condo was great for myself and 3 friends. We had a great time even though it rained most of the time we were there. We spent a lot of our time in the condo and it was perfect! Hopefully we get to come back and stay!

Parent with small kids

Very convenient to beach and the pool in direct sight of balcony. Very nice place as well. Hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. Recommended for sure!!!

Great space close to the beach

Loved our stay! This is a nice Place to stay close to the beach. Short east walk. Space is clean a great for a family to stay in. Also enjoyed use of the community pool!

Great Weekend Getaway!

Wonderful property

This condo was perfect for our friends and family getaway to the beach. The location was just what we needed. One of the pools was right out front along with the tennis courts. I would stay here again next time we are in town.

As advertised

Cute, updated with modern decor, functioning and clean property as described. Considering it's behind the 2nd row, it's really a very quick walk to the beach. All instructions were clear and communication with owners was easy and fast. Great property.

Very Comfortable and quiet!

The unit was very nice. Right next to the pool and tennis/pickle ball courts. Wide parking space under building. Owners allow access to ground floor storage and beach cart. A must have to carry your things 400 steps to the beach (we counted them!). No cable TV so bring your credentials to access streaming services.

The owners were very on top of communication. We had an issue with the air not working properly and they were able to get it fixed fairly quickly without too much hassle from us the renters.

Location, home away from home!

Easy to book, and had all the amenities of home. Kitchen was a perfect to plan your meals and get ready for the short walk to the beach or pool. Everything was clean and nice sheets, towels and soft blankets to sleep or just cuddle up with. Besides the location to everything you could take a long walk or ride your bikes right into town for dinner or just cool down with ice cream at night before bed. We enjoyed the extra step the owners did with the amenities from window coverings to the beach wagon that was a big help carting our all our beach stuff back and forth. Thank you 😊

Just like home

Lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath with great location to public Beach access. One block over and one block down. From where y enter the beach it’s almost exactly a mile walk to the pier for those looking for exercise. Very clean and all the appliances and amenities you need. Fantastic huge slider toa small patio overlooking the pool and a larger patio of the front door overlooking the pond. Nice quality linens and towels so u need not bring your own. Super easy access and agrees with keypad so u don’t have to carry keys. I felt safe there staying by myself. Fire sticks in bedrooms and cable in living room. Literally everything y need except food.
