Located just about 5 minutes from historic Downtown Toccoa, you’ll be close to wineries, breweries, live music, boutique shopping, and hiking trails—yet tucked away in a peaceful, private setting.

In the fall, enjoy breathtaking leaf season views as the mountains transform into a sea of reds, oranges, and golds. During summer, catch Saturday night outdoor concerts, monthly car shows, and movie nights at the Historic Ritz Theatre. Year-round, explore charming coffee shops, art galleries, and local dining favorites.

Whether you’re here for mountain hiking, wine tasting, local festivals, or just to unwind in the bubbling hot tub under the stars, The Emerald Cottage is your perfect home base in Toccoa.

This charming one-level 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage is perfect for couples, small families, or friends looking for a relaxing retreat. Thoughtfully stocked with all the comforts of home:

Two Weeks in Toccoa

The Emerald Cottage is the perfect two bedroom one bath vacation rental. With a well furbished kitchen and ammeneties like the hot tub, the owners have really done all they can to make this a comfortable and homey place to stay. We look forward to staying here again.

Awesome little place.

Awesome little place. Very clean very homey and felt nice to stay there. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook a nice meal and the washer and dryer were very efficient. Place has a nice grille and outside seating area, very well thought out and over all awesome stay.

Sweet little cottage

I love the coziness of this property, perfect size, has all the kitchen space and tools you need, and the outside is lovely! Great distance to Tallulah Gorge, many different falls, and nice places to eat in the town. Host was super friendly and very helpful!

The Emerald Cottage Was Wonderful!

The Emerald Cottage was an amazing getaway! We enjoyed the quiet serenity of the property. The decor was very comfy and made it feel like home. We will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in the Toccoa area again.
