HOUSE RULES

+ Guests from the local area must send an inquiry or request prior to booking and describe the nature of their stay. Failure to comply can result in automatic cancellation.
+ Quiet hours start at 10 pm as a courtesy to our neighbors.
+ No smoking, vaping, or burning anything allowed inside the property. The smell of smoke will result in a $300 charge to rid of the smell.
+ Unauthorized EVENTS or PARTIES are NOT allowed. We have ZERO TOLERANCE for parties. The party will be broken up before it starts, your reservation will be canceled without a refund, and you will be charged $700 extra.
+ Please do not use the white linens to remove makeup
+ Please use make-up remover cloth. Stained towels or bedding will result in extra charges
+ Please make sure you grabbed all your items before you leave. There is a $75 fee to coordinate / ship left items.
+ Please load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
+ There would be a hazardous waste removal fee for any hazardous waste left behind.
+ Glitters and confetti are not allowed in the house.

We have a large family that assembles in KC once a year so having a house like this with 7 bedrooms—6 of which have king beds—is an amazing and rare option. The house was very clean and the host was incredibly responsive.

My family loved the location and so close to T Mobile center for my son’s graduation. Our home away from home was a 10 out of 10. Our big family was so comfortable and my grandchildren were able to nap and have there usual bedtime uninterrupted by our family playing games and visiting. If ever in KC again I hope this property is available. Clean and modern in a this beautiful older home. Communication with host was exceptional.

Lovely older home close to downtown KC

Great place for our family get together. High ceilings, very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances. Would stay there again.

Apart from the neighbours with the very loud outdoor camera, this is a lovely house for large traveling groups that need large beds.

Very nice layout and decor! Not far from dinner and lunch venues. Close to downtown! All in all, we had a great time!

Stay for Family wedding

Communication with owner/manager was good. He responds quickly. Home is convenient and walkable to shopping, entertainment. It was equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

Volleyball Weekend

We were in Kansas City for a 3 day volleyball tournament. We came from 3 different states to be together. Location was within a couple of miles of all we did. Everyone had their space but room for us all to be together too. Host was very accommodating. We had a great weekend!

Welcome to the charming neighborhood of Columbus Park! Centrally located to everywhere you want to be in the city along with very easy highway access. Several delectable neighborhood restaurants are just around the corner to include the locally acclaimed Garrozo's Ristorante that was featured on the Food Network.

This is an entire duplex with 7 bedrooms decorated with great interiors and equipped with comfy 6 king beds and 1 double bed. There is also a 4 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 dining areas and 2 kitchen full of essential items for our guests to use to prepare a delicious meal and complimentary coffee and tea for guests to enjoy. A 24/7 street parking on the other side of the street.
