This 1-bedroom 2-bathroom condo features a king bedroom, a hallway twin over twin bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeping up to 6 guests, this condo is perfect for a romantic getaway or family vacation. Wake up with your morning coffee while sitting on the balcony with endless views of sugar white sand and emerald waters. Unwind after an eventful day in the sun with new living room furniture and a flat screen TV that will allow you to stream your favorite movies and TV shows. Let the chef of the party whip up a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen with all-new appliances and decorative wood panel accents. A nearby dining table allows the group to eat together and plan the next adventures to happen. Spectacular on-site amenities and a prime location will have you feeling like you have it all at The Summit 924.

The Summit is located beachfront in Panama City Beach! Vacation rentals here have incredible Outdoor Amenities, including: Two Large outdoor pools, Two children's pools, Two large outdoor hot tubs, One large indoor hot tub, His and Hers Sauna Steam Rooms, Lighted Tennis Courts, Shuffleboard Court, Beach Services, Water Sports Center, Bikini Bob's restaurant, Beach Volleyball, and Poolside Tiki Bar. Nice condo

The condo was great. It was clean, updated and had a beautiful view. I would definitely bring extra blankets next time. The only issue we had was not with the condo itself but with the elevators of the building. One was not functioning so you either had to wait 30 minutes for the 1 elevator that was working or you had to climb all 9 flights of stairs. Needless to say, I’m sore from all the stair climbing we did. The building itself was outdated but the pools were great.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was exactly as pictured and very clean. Appliances were nice and worked well. King bed was little too hard but that’s personal preference. Our kids 3 & 6 slept in the bunk beds without any issues and enjoyed it. The kids enjoyed watching movies on the big screen in the “courtyard”. We were close enough to walk to local pizza, Mexican cuisine and Pineapple Willy’s. Our only complaint is the pool closed at 8 (sometimes even kicked out at 7:45). Hopefully the 4th elevator is fixed soon as the elevators got pretty busy and 100+ stairs is no fun. We would definitely stay again if the pool situation is changed.

Continued review from first week of October

Continuing with the pool problem & time! It is extremely unacceptable to have been told while booking & notifications everywhere that pool time was 8am-11pm when we had to get out by 6pm! We & our friends that also stayed with grandkids plus several others were extremely disappointed with this.that’s a big deal for parents & adults to be able to take their kids to the pool after dinner. Wasn’t like a lifeguard was on duty your responsible for your own child & self safety! This needs to be changed or you need to be upfront with people when they book!! As far as our room it was supposedly renovated but we didn’t notice & the kitchen was so small two people couldn’t fit in it. We made the best of everything & had good time but wouldn’t stay in this particular room again we preferred the one we stayed in last year much better! Thank you!

Beautiful condo on the beach

The condo is beautiful and right on the beach. It has everything you need. The only issue we had in the condo was it got cold at night and I couldn't control the thermostat. So if you're cold natured like I am, pack accordingly. The batteries in the remote were going bad and they had someone drop some off that evening. For most of our stay at The Summit, there was only one elevator working, causing long waits. The elevator is the only complaint I have. We had a wonderful week.

Great stay!

The weather wasn't the greatest, but happy we chose this room! I was weary about staying at the Summit condominiums as they don't have rooms with good reviews due to them being dirty, mildew, roaches, etc., but this room was newly renovated to include new furniture, it was CLEAN and in a great location. I met others who stayed at the Summit who didn't have my experience with their rooms, so choose wisely and chose this one! Vibe here is lively as there are 2 pools, 2 kiddie pools, a tiki bar for adults and two hot tubs near Bikini Bobs. The food at Bikini Bobs is basic, but gets the job done if you need something quick. Overall, great stay for both kids and adults.
