Private Balcony with Water View - Sea La Vie!

IMPORTANT: Our building will be undergoing an elevator modernization project in January and February 2026. During this time there will be no elevator access. Interior Overview:
• Sleeps: 6
• Primary Bedroom: King bed, closet, dresser, en suite shower
• Secondary Bedroom 1: Queen bed, closet, dresser
• Secondary Bedroom 2: Two twin beds, dresser
• Shared bath: Standing shower
• Kitchen is fully stocked: Pots, pans, baking sheets, plates, cups, flatware, wine glasses, coffee maker, tea kettle, fridge (with ice maker and water filter), dishwasher, oven, stove.
• Washer and dryer in unit
• Access to owner’s beach closet
• Max occupants: 6
• Linens provided for 6 people
• Shampoo, conditioner, and soap provided
Other Helpful Information:
• Free parking (covered and uncovered) – Only two cars per unit
• On-site security
• 5-minute walk from door to private beach access
• We are located on the third floor (top floor) and have elevator access
• Outdoor showers and bathrooms at beach access
• Outdoor heated pools and hot tubs (Sound-side closed November - March, Ocean-side closed January - February)
• Kiddie pool area (main pool, ocean side)
• Community grilling stations and picnic tables
• Workout room in complex clubhouse
• Fishing pier
• No pets allowed—no exceptions, this is the HOA policy
Why stay here?
• Location: The Ocean Club is a beautiful, friendly, well-maintained complex located on Indian Beach. We’re a 5-minute drive to Emerald Isle.
• Views: Unobstructed balcony views of the gorgeous Bogue Sound. You can’t beat the sunset views from this unit. (Seriously, did you check out our pictures?!) Enjoy evening drinks on our private balcony with the most spectacular view.
• Activities: Kayak, paddleboard, fish! All steps away from your front door. (Kayaks and paddle boards are not provided, but can be rented nearby)
We have a pool and hot tub on the “sound side”, but all guests have additional access to the pool, hot tub, and kids pool on the “ocean side” of the complex as well. Walk across the street (5 minutes) for private access to these amenities and beach access.

Amazing, Peaceful Trip!

We loved staying here! The location and view of the sound were amazing. Having the pool right next to the building was so convenient and the walk to the beach was not bad at all. We appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and well maintained grounds. We would love to rent this same place again next year, if possible!

Family beach trip

The condo was great for our family of four. Loved the views and the direct beach access! The condo and beach closet were well stocked with everything we needed making packing and planning a breeze! Katie and Will were in contact throughout our stay and easy to get a hold of. This was our first time to the area and would definitely recommend.

What a lovely place!

Katie & Will's place was perfect! Clean, well stocked, great views of the Bogue Sound. Super close to pool. Easy walk to the beach. Convenient, easy parking. Hope we get a chance to go back again!

Beautiful vacation spot!

My husband and I wanted a short vacation to get away for a few days. The home was beautiful and very clean. We loved the porch in the evenings to sit and watch the sunset. We had never been to this area of NC before and enjoyed Beaufort, Swansboro, and Hammocks Beach State Park. Thanks for a great stay.

Amazing place!

We definitely enjoyed our stay. The balcony has beautiful and peaceful views. Everything was clean and the kitchen well stocked. We appreciated how much beach gear was available to us! Everything we needed from chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and a volleyball! We hope to be back soon!

Hated to Leave.

We stayed here two years ago. It's been upgraded and it was more lovely than before. They had all we needed for an enjoyable stay. The view was beautiful. The condo was nice and large and we had several family get-togethers. Hope to be able to be return soon.

Beautiful

Our stay began with great communication, then we found the property clean, comfortable and well stocked. There’s not a lot more one could ask for. The location is easily accessible to both end of the isle and while we were on the Sound, we were literally just minutes to the beach. Thanks!

Another wonderful stay!

This is our second stay and once again, it was perfect. The hosts couldn’t have been easier to work with. They are very responsive, friendly, and helpful. They have also thought through every detail when it comes to amenities and stocking the condo. The condo and condo complex are beautiful, clean and centrally located to everything on the Crystal Coast!

Last Minute EI Getaway

We were able to book fairly last minute and couldn't have worked out better. Condo was clean and well stocked. Have stayed at Ocean Club several times. Great sound view and sunsets with short walk to beach. Provided beach towels and tall deck chairs nice touch. Nicely renovated bath/showers from some of our previous rentals. Will book again. Host extremely easy to work with and contact with any questions.

Awesome trip

We had a fantastic time! We will definitely be back!! The three bedrooms and two baths worked perfectly for our family of 5. The elevator made it incredibly easy to bring our luggage and groceries up. The view from inside of the house and especially on the back patio were extremely beautiful. The pool was great after a long day at the beach while one of us was cooking dinner. Only thing I would mention is a heads up to anyone with a stroller, wagon or an elderly person with them.. the beach does not have a ramp to get on it, only stairs. We left our beach wagon at the top deck area and carried our stuff down so we didn’t struggle carrying the wagon down all of the stairs. We didn’t see that in any reviews so wanted to just give a heads up to anyone in regards to packing items. Snappers restaurant was a great choice to go to and close by. Katie and Will are great hosts and have everything you need for your stay! Thank you again for all of your hospitality!

Great place, very clean

Living the Dream!

What a great place Katie has. It's location and views were quite beautiful. The balcony had comfortable seating and tables. The view of people fishing off of the dock was enjoyable. It is also great for viewing sunsets. The condo itself surpassed our needs. We could tell that many upgrades have been made since they There were beach chairs, an umbrella, toys and a cooler. There were detailed instructions for all tricky things, like the washing machine, thermestat and sign in to the strong internet signal. Katie was very easy to communicate with and very nice. The views!!!!

I can't say enough good things about this condo. Very spacious for our family of 6. Came equipped with everything we needed, including beach chairs which was so helpful! Location to the beach was an easy 5 minute walk. The pool is literally right outside of the condo and very clean with the water temp being perfect. The best part about the unit are the views of the intercoastal waterway. Simply stunning! Owner was very responsive and addressed the minor issues with the cleaners we had very quickly. Dishwasher wasn't working, which owner let us know about a head of time but wasn't an issue, as we don't cook much on vacation anyways. The only thing that could've improved our stay was having the knob to the dryer fixed (kept randomly falling off) and having the carpets cleaned or replaced (spoke with the owner about this. She told us improvements are in the making, as they just purchased the unit) All minor things that wouldn't stop us from coming back! Loved this property and its location. Definitely book it, you won't be sorry!
