Ocean Club S204 is a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the Soundfront of Indian Beach with excellent views of the sound and community access to a kayak launch and fishing pier!

Bedroom #1 with King Bed, TV, Private Bath. Bedroom #2 with Queen Bed, TV, access to Shared Bath. Bonus Room with Twin over Twin Bunk and Twin Bed, TV, access to Shared Bath.

Amenities include: 4 TVs, High-Speed Wireless Internet; Fully-Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Stove/Oven, Refrigerator, Microwave, and Dishwasher; In-Unit Washer/Dryer; Covered Porch with Furniture.

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. In 2025 Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance Year-Round. In 2026 Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum in advance year-round.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
